And people wanted Angeal early...there's a reason why he was delayed for so long lol. Astos was at the top for a while and then came Rufus with a two dump follow-up and strong BT finisher damage, both people having 6 turn BT effects...and then comes Angeal with an 8 turn BT effect and 6 dump follow-up 😂. Yeah I'm glad he was delayed. I'm assuming Rikku is in a similar situation

I think his numbers/kit will be adjusted depending on which era Angeal is dropped in so doesnt really matter he come early or late. I think its more depend on when should they drop it to generate more sales. With FF7remake, reunion released and rebirth coming up it should be about time. We might need to wait for FFXremake until we get Rikku in DFFOO😅
Im hoping that when FF7 rebirth drops, we will see RedXIII. I mean, it would be nice to see some characters that people have been asking for years for, but I really want to see RedXIII
Makes me miss DE lockouts where we (kind of) try to “save” our best units for the tough fights. It wasn’t perfect since you end up with most of them not used anyway because people like Stimpy and some geniuses out there finds solos using ancient-unupdated units. Cons of catering to newer or f2p players so everyone doesn’t get left out. I’m an f2p player and feel this. DE tier 100 doesn’t sound too bad maybe. Updated units can plow through lower/old tiers for fillers. Might heavily punish skipping banners since there’s only a handful of resources. It’s just another idea, a grain of sand in the desert.
I'm a bit curious to see how well he'd work with Noctis or Lunafreya letting him take multiple turns to build up his overhead, or if there's really any point to doing so
