Something I think you forgot to mention is that her BT effect also gives 2% additional HP damage per debuff on the target, so it maxes out at 16% which is stronger than Weiss's effect that gives you 10%. Another thing is that the fact that she doesn't have force charging won't be a detriment for too long: Re-Shinryu is right around the corner and Lufenia orbs are coming back in about a month. For someone trying to decide whether or not to pull for Arciela, if she fills a niche you don't have (HP silence, disabling, dispelling) then she's great value. I have BT tokens so I will be ticketing the FR and then tokening the BT. She's one of my favorite trusts in FF11 so I'll be looking for a lot of opportunities to put her out there.
Cissnei's banner was very kind to me, got her FR on my second gem pull and I tokened her BT since I had plenty of dupes. I may go with gems for Arciela just because I like her and she does a ton of things. As for Kain, he's already maxed out so it's a nice freebie
Im saving resources, i can ticket to FR, but Cissnei pulls were rough. I have BT tokens so if i have to I can always pick it up. Also, dont you dare talk trash about my boy Squall! Lol.

Another great value to pull this month, as a debuffer she's top class which not only provides generic debuff and disable but hp resist down as well, and of course on top of that her BT effect which is the most additional damage currently up to 16% PS: Her BT theme song is just a magnum opus so definitely worth more than a mere gem 😂

I guess my only issue with Arciela is that I don't plan to build white crystal characters yet (white might be my second last crystal to build). If I can get at least her FR from the free pulls, great. If not, I'm okay with skipping for now.
