Hello Sir good day. I noticed that our generator cannot start when we only use 2 batteries in series. It can only be started when there will be two 24v in parallel. Also, the voltage greatly drops during start up that is why it cannot maintain the voltage unless when using parallel. What could be the reason? The batteries are all new. Thank you.
