Campbell) wants but due to new chapters of the manga and some subtle hints in the previous chapters the Earl’s original goal was safe guarding Humanity only after some incident in the Cambell’s past is what changed this goal another thing to support this is apparently the Allen walker we know is actually a middleaged man turned boy after he fused with Nea the 14th and is actually acquaintance or friends with the Cambell’s before their fallout some people say that was Cross but i doubt it there is one line in the chapter where he speaks to Nea about the Human soul being the strongest which if you put into context back in the Bible Humanity was suppose to be the strongest of all of creation angels were suppose to serve Humans and they were chosen children of God which is why Lucifer rebelled anyways even if the Earl would want to turn them into seraphim it would be impossible because of the corruption of their soul rather what he is doing is something similar but not as powerful as a seraphim maybe somewhere between the line of a Nephilim but then again Nephilim are children of fallen angels which would help tie back to the flood. My theory is the Holy war they’re fighting isn’t really the war they should fight in. Maybe the reason why the innocence hate the Noah is because the Early used to control the power of the Heart and the Innocence’s but because he rejected his responsibility the innocence no longer sees the Earl as it’s master, plus there is a hidden mystery thats been bugging me and it has something to with the Earl’s supposed disappearance and what happened when he did disappear. Anyways what I’m saying is back in the Bible Humans were so revered especially those who are close to God actually gained a Seat with God and are in almost the same status as the seraphims note that in the Bible and some mythos Humans who God sees as righteous has the job of praising God for Eternity which is also what the serpahims do basically a human who has reached his full potential is in the same standing and power as a seraphim; which in the world of D. gray man there is one piece of the puzzle that doesn’t fit which is the “Akuma” i think the true enemies of the Earl are the Nephilims the decendants of the fallen angels and of the devil which ties back to the flood which acts as a purge and a seal against the Nephilims

Another thing that support the thing i didn’t complete about Allen being an old friend with teh cambell’s is Nea’s line about Allen in the new chapters were he was saved by Johnny and Kanda and of course the way he flashbacked into how that person talked to him which is impossible to be cross because he is arrogant the way this character spoke was someone really close and gentle sounding and the panels to follow show that he offered Nea his body to safeguard Nea’s memories about the Noah. Another mystery is that man behind the door peeking into the room of Mana and spying on what happened i still dont know who he is but it’s something I’m really curious about

@@made160 I guess for some time while Allen is conscious when Nea took over or some shit. And anyways, idk what the author will do for the exorcists to win. I mean every human is probably dead except the exorcists, but i guess they could win with the heart of innocence. But i don't want it to be allen, that be a freaking burden to him. Maybe lavi since he's used like 1-3 spells from his hammer when they are like more than that ?? Or Lenalee...

Tay Fu Long I think he’s talking about lenalee cause I read in a spoiler that Allen’s memories of lenalee telling him to come back to the HQ is what prevented him from being completely consumed by neah .... so for neah to take on Allen’s body he needs to kill her

hallow is really cool, but its good to keep in mind it was made so many years after the original anime adaption! but a lot of the reason for appearance changes (hair color etc) is based on official art from the creator of the manga (the noche art book have lenalee w purple hair too for example) and also due to the improvement in the creators art style over the years (the difference between the first and the latest manga chapter is astoNISHING i love her progress so much!!!)

I will say. I wish manga would complete soon and i really want them to complete anime. With good ending i hope. I want others to invite allen back to headquarters and treat him good not as 14th but as Allen.

its so sloppy.. and I found out why Hoshino stopped the DVD/Bluray production. because she found an illustration at the studio of YULLEN. Meaning she disapproves of Yullen. Thank God. Honestly the original one is much better esp beginning on eps 50.

Chocolateismyname :D Well this is some new shit they turned D-Gray man in . The series continues , that's why Allen looks different , he is turning into a Noah. He's hot tho .

It's cool when you realise the memories with clues to the plot are all broken up. The Earl carries out the wishes of Adam during the flood and is his reincarnation, the Noah have the memories of the "flood" but are reincarnations of those who followed the Earl(not Adam), Nea in fact has the memories of a pivotal time for the Noah being the previous generation (who he mostly killed before dying himself) but DOESN'T have Noah memories of the apocalypse apparently (I heard Hoshino said this). Within the Noah family there's so much they aren't sharing with each other.

Minou_Xiong the manga is currently still ongoing ! its quarterly updates and theyre not always very long since the author's health is sometimes compromised - but shes always doing her best !!

it will not come. The srtudio really offended Hoshino. The cut key plot details, did sloppy animation, and her last straw was when she found an illustration they did of Allen and Kanda in a suggestive pose and scene. I would be pissed as hell too. She is skeptical of ever having an anime again :(
