We can't even imagine what you must have gone through during these 17 long years. This is gross injustice. We will definitely take up your case with DHA management.

All people are fed up from biased approach of authorities which are more inclined towards DHA 5 but least bothered about development of such old DHA. Just heard that it would be best of all DHAs, bhi bat yai hai its location is such that offcourse it would be best of all but When. When lives of allotees would be over...... Its extremely delayed and negligence on part of authorities

People have unrealistic expectations from DHA 3. Given its location and layout, it is unlikely to develop sustainable markets within the area. Residents will need to go to Bahria 8 for their routine shopping needs. For living, Phase 2 is a better choice, and Phase 1 is also a good option if daily commuting to central Rawalpindi is a priority. Alternatively, Phase 4 could be a relatively good option. DHA 5 comes last, but Phase 3 will always be considered as an extension of Bahria phase 8

@naumanayub1348 distance from main rawalpindi is only an assessment criteria for those who travel to an from central pindi. Otherwise DHA 5 and DHA 2 are the top options

@@waytogo11 Given that DHA 5 had been of investors' interest for last many years, property prices are relatively higher there. For someone planning to settle, spending 8 to 9 crore on a kanal house in DHA Phase 5, it's much better to spend 9 to 10 crore in DHA Phase 2. DHA 5 residents will remain disturbed because of houses construction in the area for next many years, eventually it will have a peaceful life after say 10 to 15 years

1 crore less price of houses makes dha 5 a better option
