It is expected that soon DHA will cancel membership of those who haven't yet updated their additional development charges, i.e., SDC & Escalation charges.
After all this delay by DHA, how can they do cancellation, and what's the reason for this ?
Plus, why should we update our files while we haven't gotten any possession in many, many years ?

Dear Saad after your update after a long time we are still hopeful as we cannot do anything. We deposited our dues in 2008 and yet we have non balloted plot. The allottees of balloted plots are still without possession. Allah Pak DHA walon ko jald deliver krney ke tofeeq ata fermaey. Hum idron ke sath larahee nar kr saktey. Pehley hee mulk main kafi larahee hai. Allah Pak sb ko hidayat dey.

Daer saad....u r doing great job.. thanks for this important information....i have to know more détails...i will call u today..as i have a plot balloted but no way to know about charges etc...i live in Paris and never DHA inform me about charges....for your advise i will call u today...B regards

Very sad! Killer unfair policies of DHA, 15+ years of waiting and affectees have been forced from being able to transfer or convert their open certificates. This is why most people have Lost trust in DHA.

@realustad don't become paid RU-vidr of DHA, DHA hasn't yet given possession in 19 years, first ask DHA to give possession and then take Jagga tax in the form of Escalation charges. Don't take side of DHA, public will stop watching your channel

DHA should communicate directly with Affecttees. Are you a spokesperson of DHA? Even after 16 years of wait, single plot is not in a livable condition. Ask DHA to talk to affecttees directly. You don't become party with DHA.

@RealUstad Brother, if you are with us, then don't support DHA policies that are making life miserable for affecttees. We are paying our dues as per our capacity, and we will surely pay pending dues but don't support killer policies of DHA.

As per my information, many 2nd ballot plots on map even have possession letter from DHA. DHA stance As per DHA, escalation cost will be imposed rest of 2nd ballot plots as and when development is completed. Only those plots were reallocated in 4th ballot where development was not possible due to lake, mountain or land issues etc.

@umairm7897 Aoa, RUDN Enclaves development charges are Rs. 180000/- per marla with no intention of developing. For an 8 marla plot, this would have been Rs. 1440000/- Here it's Rs. 1025000/- Just update your files.
