Ingredients
Half kg bhindi/#okra
2 medium size onion
3 tomato
5-6 green chillies
2 inch ginger piece
7-8 garlic cloves
2 tbsp youghurt
Cooking oil
One tbsp coriander powder
One tsp black pepper powder
Half tsp salt
Half tsp red chilli powder
Two pinch turmeric powder
Recipe
Slice the okra from half and cut it into two-three pieces
Make paste of ginger,garlic and green chilli
Add paste in 5-6 tbsp cooking oil and cook it for half minute
Add black pepper, coriander powder and salt in it and cook for half minute
Add sliced okra in it and mix it
Cober it and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat
Remove the cover and add youghurt in it
Mix it and cook for another 2 minutes
Now add cooking oil in a pan and add sliced onions and tomatoes
Cook them until they turn soft
Add red pepper, turmeric powder and salt in ti and cook for 1-2 minutes
Add cooked okra and mix it well
Cover it and cook it for 4-5 minutes on a very low heat
Turn off the flame and Enjoy
