@@avleenkaur5997 - I haven't visited any of these 2 myself. However, some of my friends have been to Sohna and loved the experience. So, if you are looking for Vipasana and are nearer to Sohna, then u can choose that centre 👍 if u r looking for a spiritual retreat in Delhi NCR then Isha and Aurobindo Ashram are also some nice options. Aise mein kaii baar aisa hota hai k hum aalas mein ya busy hone ke kaaran meditation give up kar dete hain. Isliye koshish ye karni chahiye ke jahaan hain...waheen meditation karna seekh lein. Agar ye ho paae to fir kisi bhi situation mein aap meditation kar payenge life long. Wo link or guided meditation hai ..usay try karein...chahe shor ho .bheed ho..kaisi bhi jagah aap usay kar payengen. Baaki main East Delhi mein kuchh centre pataa chale to bataaunga. Lodhi Road pe Ramana Kendra jaa sakte hain aap. South Delhi mein Aurobindo Ashram hai...wahaan bhi Meditation hall hai. Par shayad ye sab aapko duur lagen. Aur koi jagah pataa chalegi to bataaunga. U have to apply online for learning vipassana meditation. There are many centres nearby Delhi. U can search like dhamma Suddha merrut, karnal vipassana, rohtak vipassana, Delhi vipassana.

@@lalitamukund7701 - Sohna mein registration kiya hai to waheen jaaiye...achha centre hai. Darne ko koi baat nahi. Bas shuru ke 2-3 din nayaa saa lagta hai specially un logon ko jinhe shaant rehne ki zaraa bhi aadat nahi. Aksar logon ko vipasana poora karne ke baad kaafi achha mehsoos hota hai aur har saal karne ka mann hota hai 😊 bejhijhak jaaiye. Aur dikkat ho bhi to jaldi lautne ka option to hai hee. Shubhkaamnaaein 👍
