True. In here fast-forwarding dance will not work and it can be easily found if they did also. We never fast forward in case of dances. They has to do it how much difficult it was they must to work it out for movie sake. Telugu people are judges and fans for everything here . If they go t like something then Immediately directors will change and make movies according to the pulse of Telugu people. 🎉
In Telugu Industry (Tollywood) there are so many talented Dancer... Jr.NTR, Allu Arjun, Ram Charn, Ram pothenini, Nithin, Akhil Akkineni, Srinivas sai Bellamkonda, and Legendry actors Chiranjeevi Sir, Bala Krishna sir.
Most of all Telugu heroes are fast dancers and in Indian movies dance and songs are important and actors alhas to perform to the choreography level that has given to them to work out in the movie. There is a very underrated song of "Ram pothineni" called "Chill out" from Endukante premanta. The movie didn't do well but he had undergone vigorous training to shoot for "Chill out" song there are some unique movements which weren't even tried after. And he is excellent with comedy and emotions
During these songs when the actors are performing at high speed, there usually are various people in side or background who are doing normal movements in normal speed. This is to show that the actors are actually dancing in their natural high speed and the shot is not high speed as it wouldn't work just selectively speeding up the actor.

One needs to understand the context. He (played by Ram) is a small time crook with his girl friend. In a shoot-out he was rescued in a critical condition, but with the memory of a police officer who is dead - in his brain. The police officer's girl friend is the other girl in the dance sequence. The guy is utterly confused (Dhimak Kharab).
