Can you do one for the 90s? I think in runway, Helena Barquilla, Angelika Kallio, Emma Sjoberg, Gurmit Kaur were underrated, as in they could've gotten more name recognition. For print, Heather Stewart Whyte, Carre Otis, and Meghan Douglas were rather underrated too.
