Is damage over time better they damage% I see some build with only damage, what is the difference?

Hi, how often do you use flurry on this build? Not sure what rotation I should be using even for lower pit runs. Thanks.

Tá poha mano kkk minha build toda cagada, sem masterwork e alguns glifos no 15 só e tá dando 70mi de dot quando o Boss fica atordoado kkkk Só que tô tomando hitkill ainda kkk De bárbaro eu com as armas todas no lvl 8 de masterwork e as armaduras no 4 e to dando 3mi de sangramento só (com o avô ainda)
