Immortal shotgun fire bolt sorc featuring the new Flameweaver gloves which I got an INSANE roll of! This build is still a work-in-progress. Slowly burn your way through and melt bosses in The Pit tier 200. Loving most of these itemization changes and cannot wait for Season 4!
Still may have some tweaks to this build, but pretty happy with how it currently plays. If there are any issues with the build planner, please let me know. [I accidentally had points in Fireball in the skill tree at end of video].
Frost bolt and spark are here to proc Tal'Rasha's--otherwise do not use them.

Talrashas is probably better and you need Adaptability on other ring.

I was thinking about this build just right now and i wanted to try it. Compared to frozen orb, this build seems too slow, but in reality, Fire bolt build is that speed in what the game should phase in turns of clearing speed. Where u actually cast and deal dmg and not 1 shooting everything....

It’s not as fast as FO dungeon-clearing, but it kills the bosses faster. When I made this video, I was quite tired so my positioning isn’t very good either. My gear wasn’t fully optimized or upgraded. Both builds are fine for clearing T200. I think FB is more visually appealing.

You can run both of those as that has nothing to do with Talrashas. There are other ways to get your talrasha stacks-I just used frost bolt/spark for mine.
