Anyone feel exhausted and annoyed by this story and its characters? Neyrelle in the base game leaving with the soulstone alone. Eru betraying us as soon as we have a victory. I know the prime evils are strong but like, we spent the whole DLC telling Eru how much Mephisto lies and then Eru just betrays us for him? Lorath nowhere to be found even though hes a great character.
Any logic and even avarage level script writing is nonexistent in bugzzard studios. Their games are all about shiny graphics and shiny colorful items. The soulstones of original Diablo games and previous game developers who actually cared were destroyed long ago. Now the age of dissapointment had come and whoever is willing to waste 60$ for such crap game is clearly prime evils servant.

What’s even more sad is that IF they really wanted that scenario, there could be better ways to implement such a scenario but w’e they don’t care

Lol the final boss fight was kind of hilarious when Meloo was decimating everything including the boss but the dialogs were like "no it's too much we are going to die" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I did and I keep getting an error message every time I try to create new characters. I literally can't play the game because I chose to start from scratch.
@@jet2135 that point is separate from Diablo not being in the game. Many games don’t have the title in the actual released game. It’s the Diablo universe, he is still the ultimate prime evil. His presence affects the game even without him being there in the flesh. I don’t even play this 💩 anymore and can see that.
@@ryanm7654 Diablo universe is largely based on its lore and atmosphere, with Diablo and other prime evils as characters being one of the key elements in this scheme of things. That's what made it so special. This game lacks any bit of fear and anxiety of getting ready to face a prime evil and fight it. There would be no questions if it was called Woke Adventures in Sanctuary or something. It's just not a Diablo game in its core Can you imagine a Spider-Man movie without Spidey?
Right so... someone explain to me again why it was a 'bad' idea to let mommy Lilith kill and absorb the power of grandpa Mehpisto? And explain the relevance of my character.
Lilith was literally good (compared to everyone else, i.e. Inaruis wanting to kill humans to return to heaven and primes who use humans as food). She wanted to make strong humanity and defeat prime evils. Yeah she killed some guys in process but it's grimdark world, there can't be victory without sacrifice.
@@zemvoid I mean lets be real, in D4 she was "unlocking humanities potential" which was driving most of them completely insane. All that, to create an army so she could beat both Heaven and Hell. Is she better than Hell, absolutely. Is she better than Inarius...I'm not so sure. Seems like they both were willing to destroy humanity to get what they wanted, but the destruction comes in different ways.
@@madcityy269 Entire dlc is about Mephisto yet we don’t get to fight him. Instead he’ll come back in his true form next dlc for 40$. If you’re suprised people are are disappointed then idk what to tell you.

what happens to Prava and the cathedral when Urivar rises? Does Prava die in the expansion? Also, can you keep Urivar alive? (not like I care much about both of these character, but I would like to know)
so, you only kill avatar of Mephisto, and the ending is the real mephisto showing himself, so its will be more content for this DLC, or he will only appear in a new DLC
Of course, blizzard will never let the protagonist win. You can 'defeat' these demons but they never die. The devil always rises in blizzard, err, I mean in diablo.
nice, boring story and character design, its seem like blizzard was hiring junior design for this AAA game, This DLC story should be a part of a new main story DLC, i did not see any prime evil any at all. By the way, tks this chanel, you save a lot money for gamers.
11:55 are you playing on low details or something? Why your armor is such a low textures? Many things too .. or is it just that poor quality texture of the game? The amount of missing shadows from light is insane .. I was testing the game for years before 2022 and the game was not this bad. 23:30 the quality of lions armor and its glitching with the fur reminds me games from 2005. Diablo without Diablo. Mephisto without Mephisto. An expansion that is just a teaser. Jesus the game is so bad. Thank you for your sacrifice :)
This whole plot reeks of pandering to South Korea and China basically. The golden lion, the names being very Asian, the anime looking Asian girls. It’s all just pandering for money now. They should’ve gone for the dark knight-European dark ages atmosphere from Diablo 1 and 2 and kept at it. This is just too much nonsense.
@@flobera9776with info of crusaders may come back a holy war will initiate, tyreal will return to try to stave this war/threat but knowing Diablo lore this will fuel the other prime evils to rise. Also note: I say crusader cause as much as ppl want Paladin the naming is dodgy but religious and legal wise. Legally you got wizards of the coast owners of dungeons and dragons actually contesting to trademark that word to point other tabletop rpgs don’t use term Paladin. They use champion, herald, holy knight and so on as default name. So naming gotta be crusader but they can lean into more unique abilities the Paladin from d2 got. Plus with them leaning more into d3 mechanics might as well do crusader since ppl recognize it well.

If they do use Paladin I legit wanna see if WotC attempt to sue blizzard for trademark infringement for Paladin showing how ridiculous/crazy WotC is. If use crusader they gonna have to explain why use that naming then the word Paladin to the players. @@ShibaInu-xb4lx exactly just like what they did to Warriv and Meshif. They could have just let those beloved NPC be at peace as a love note to all the fans that was diablo 2. But instead they did us dirty. And now Akarat? how would this affect all the crusaders and paladins on what they did so messy and disrespectful in my opinion.
Hell no this was a paid DLC? I know not to expect too much but wow. They gave us a pretty mediocre story line like it was just taken from a random story telling essay. New characters were literally irrelevant as hell, boss fights weren't even menacing and epic, final boss was literal dog sh*t it was just 70% dealing with mobs and waiting for dialogue to end so that he becomes vulnerable. Lastly, they made it a three part dlc which this was a part one. They're milking too much for the D4 storyline which was already supposedly done. I assume part 2 is where diablo returns and part 3 is where we finally defeat him like we always do.
I grew bored of this game but people moaning that the games named diablo spanish for devil and saying diablo isn't in it when there are loads of devil's in it alwasys highlights player stupidiy. The game title is a race you fight the race 🤷♂️🤷♂️
