@@Ghostly_One1 I thought that was the point in all the Diablo "characters" or champs whatever. They are people that have a touch of their old nephalim powers?
@@spiffhedge Basically. One of the many things the world stone got used for was to put shackles on humans, who are all originally half angel half demon, thus nephalem. Crazy insane powers, just check Uldyssian. Anyway due to those shackles they eventually degraded to rather frail, mortal normies, outside of the occasional "character" who gained power through varying other means or just an echo of the past or wte. Then when Tyrael kablammed the stone, shackles go puff, and by time of D3 the powers are starting to resurface again.
I feel bad for you when you finally pick up those uniques you've been going after. I started a week ago and I've been breezing through this game including post game content. I've even seen some barbarians demolish world bosses and I thought my 17k atk power was high 😆
I ran a thorns crusader in d3. I literally just walked around and everything died. D3 was easy as shit and never felt like you were fighting the forces of hell in a desperate conflict. D4 makes me feel like I could be slaughtered at any moment if I don't keep my shit together
I never played a Diablo game till 4 on gamepass and after finishing it I loaded up 3 cuz I got it in a sale and yea 3 feels too clean almost like a fable game. But 4 is gruesome and dark as hell
@petesevilla4713 I've got two characters at lvl 100 and I can't even get mythics NOW lol. I guess I've gotta do higher levels of the pit? I've never found any mats higher than obducite. Teach me your ways oh wise one
My wife and I are big Diablo players. When D4 came out we were stoked and were pretty confident being veteran players. Fast Forward to the part of the campaign of Neyrelles mother and we are taking turns dying and rezzing each other to reset the health potions all while yelling at each other (in a good supportive communicative way).
People who try to trash talk OPs. LoL!! 🤣 I'm too old for this crap.... I agree with Maxim. Belzebub on D1 is phenomenal. I only wished the dungeon layout would not change every time you log out and log back in. Like D2. But nope.... they made it randomize. 😑 But outside of that, all cut content restored. 👍
He means that diablo 4 feels more hard than diablo 3 and its literrally true cause diablo 4 is a New game they whant People to find it like that until the game has like 2 or more years by then the classes and everyone will be OP af like in diablo 3 @@lordd6178
Diablo 4 as barb is kind of rough, I started on launch and completed season 1 as a druid with ups and downs as I found my gear and build setup. Then I built barbarian the next season and while mobbing felt fine anytime I faced a boss it gave me no end of trouble, same issues with summon necro in pre season.
@cptcolgenltmajor9246 Bro, barbarians are completely broken and have been since forever. They are by far the strongest class, managing single or dual attack kills on high end bosses. Bash barbarian is currently the most powerful build in the game, better than minion necro that is also very strong right now.
Стоит учесть, что покупая Grim Dawn ты не тратишь кучу денег, плюс не спонсируешь говно компанию, которая умудрилась за 10 лет просрать всё своё наследие и репутацию.
@@christophluger793 it does have seasons, made by a community of people. called grim dawn community season. season 6 has been going for a month now. season 7 will start shortly after new dlc releases.
I was about to say, I'm meltin' through shit with my barbarian in D4 at lvl 94 on Tier 4 in nightmare dungeons 3 levels higher, and I don't even use WW.
R6 wasn’t as sweaty and just having fun but no one knew how to play the game plus the ops were different with a lot of feels to the game but now it’s all different
Yup, pretty much sums up how I feel about D4 as a D3 fan. I like that my character doesn't feel invincible even early on (and potion system is amazing) but I miss having meaningful skill damage and range/AOE. Update: Season 4 improved everything A LOT. Not only does items drop with meaningful stats/affixes, but you can also add 1 extra affix per item to increase your stats even further.
@@rickybobby5153 nah, I compared it to different classes and even a necro without aspects is wrecking stuff, and you don't even have to spend any mana which is an issue for any other class. Maybe the potion makes it even stronger, but I'm talking about standard damage without any potions
@@SLISKI_JOHNNY Are we talking regular bosses or tormented bosses or high pit levels? I’ve got a pretty good build going but I wouldn’t say it’s OP, lot of skill involved in staying alive. I took down tormented zir in 5 minutes and have pushed to pit 65 with a hybrid minion/mist/blighted corpse build. There isn’t much more I can push without god rolled gear.
@@Texansfan59 Yeah I think my best NMD was like 125 which took months of farming for better gear. People should never call D3 easy until they can solo a 150.
here is the difference: d3: - your character is a god with powerful ablities. - hes probably on torment 16 and its easy but when you enter greater rifts is where the challenge starts. - overall fun also much stuff to do in late game. (season) - easier to understand (imo) D4 : - u feel like a normal human with abilities - more complicated (imo) - campaign is much better then d3 (imo) - overall late game gets more boring then d3 (again imo) - leveling takes forever if u dont follow a guide this took 10 mins to write lol edit: lmk if any of this is wrong since i dont really like diablo 4 that much so there might be bias
Hm. Don't know. Have played d3 and only pre season d4. Lvl 100 HC thorns barb. I was tanking everything. I've cleared NM dungeons 50+ lvl above mine and stood in everything red to deal thorns damage. This char was immortal. From the first minute. Uber lilith did one shot everything. I was not able to beat her with my build since I had not a single attack. Great boss design.
Yeah try s6 they're changing everything.... And not for the better. Also ur not alone! Blizzard banned my forums account for my opinions about VoH. D4 is going downhill fast
Yeah, pretty weird that they essentially made d3,5 instead, with slower lvls, no sets, occasional lag spikes due to loading all players storages and whatnot. I think the game still need another year or two to get its own identity, preferably one that feels good, if possible.
@@marc-etiennemercier6584 d3 actually isn't horrible nowadays, it was ultra dogshit on release but RoS saved it kinda. It's a decent arpg although I still dislike the reliance on sets rather than having interesting affixes
@@Cablev94 in what world is d2 easy. 90% of the builds cant complete hell without farming gear for 100+ hours. also when the content is dogshit who cares. create your own content with farm routes. i do wish greater rifts were a thing in d2 tho.
@@Neiji_SF I vaguely remember there being a difficultly after Hell, but if Hell was the final difficulty, then that's what I'm talking about. Basically everyone hit a wall cause resistances were too impactful but too difficult to obtain. So only a handful of wizards and monk 4 stacks got to continue playing the game.
D3 shipped with Inferno difficulty after Hell. I hated it. I remember if you didn't kill an elite enemy fast enough (ie you died), you'd just get invisibly one-shotted when you got near enough to it to see it on screen. It was bull.
People saying the barbarian is weak in Diablo 4 clearly have shit builds, mine is a one shotting machine with no ubers this season. And has been that way the past three seasons
Facts the entire time that I was playing barb on Diablo 4 I got all the aspects that I needed at level 54 but was still at world tier 2 so my items wear low level and I got good items that I needed at level 70 and and haven't even got to level 90 despite doing multiple teir 60 NM dungeons but on Diablo 3 it took me a few hours to get a good build set up and already at paragon level 150.
i grew up playing diablo 3 the reaper of souls and mained necromancer and I haven't played the new one yet but I hope it lives up to my expectations of the great game diablo 3 was.
Wait what? Barb has been dominating for 3 seasons now. You can literally set the controller down to take a dump and when you come back he did not only survive but killed 10 uber bosses all on his own.
I played Counter-Strike competitively for 15+ years. 1 week of diablo and my hand got destroyed. Ive never had to press keys like that. I thought i fucked my hand for life but it recovered in 2 weeks. Im never playing this shit again.
@eNyaaaw you don't consider a controller? You never played a racing gane or anything. Any smart PC player has an Xbox controller for games like this. Your elitist tone has me dying of laugher rn, no one is impressed lmao.
@@Meatman2042 It's not elitist at all. That's how you took it. Don't be stupid. I literally played 1 game for almost 2 decades. The only time I ever watched Diablo gameplay was someone using a keyboard. I assumed you needed more keys for games like that. Nothing to do with elitist. Again I played 1 game, I wasn't into anything else.
If anyone else gets RSI carpal tunnel yeah a controller is good or vertical mouse + bind spacebar to move and all skills/attacks to WASD especially left/right click attacks. Torment is love, Torment is life.
Diablo 4 has averaged 4,286,248 players during the last 30 days as of March 27, 2024, according to Activeplayer.io. Additionally, 1,157,287 players have played or at least launched the game daily in the same period... if u have xbox pass u dont need to buy game :)
I just started playing it when it launched on game pass. I've been playing Diablo since the early 2000s but I held off on 4 because all my friends said it was terrible. So far, since I started playing, my experience has been great. I leveled each class to 10 and then decided to roll with druid through the rest of the story. I've done the first two acts and I'm having more fun than I did in the other games. I can't speak for the quality of the endgame content yet, but so far I think everybody was exaggerating the issues. I had friends play like 3 quest and refuse to play more because it was supposedly "so awful" lol. I played three quests and couldn't wait for more haha. I actually didn't like builds like the one this video showcases from d3 though. That was my main d3 buddy's favorite thing to do - just spin to win. I definitely think it's worth checking out, so I hope you enjoy it if you do decide to give it a chance.
I didn’t feel any sense in Diablo3 - you choose one of 20 difficulty levels and do the same thing at a comfortable rate of experience accumulation. The goal is to add zeros to the damage numbers that pop up. All the characters look and feel same - special effects, fireworks, explosions, it’s some kind of farce.
In Diablo 3 you get one of the class specifc sets, and then mash buttons. In Diablo 4 you copy whatever the meta build is and just mash buttons. If you decided not to use a class specific set the game became more difficult in Diablo 3. If you don't copy the meta for Diablo 4, you are DPS locked out of a good portion of the content.
It's been a long standing Diablo tradition for my first character being the Barbarian (Warrior in D1, Barb in D2/D3/D4). Before the Loot Reborn Update, I was spending alot more time optimizing the Walking Arsenal system with gear choices than slaying enemies (too...many...damage buckets!). But it felt badass to have all these weapons at my disposal, each for a particular skill. Suffice to say, I'm interested to see how Barb has changed with the new season. Already, it's easier to level up, gear drops are better, but there's still a good grind in building up the enchanting roster while tempering gear for badass builds.
I am the only person that have a barbarian who pass through anything in the game like it was nothing 😂😂 And I don’t even understand much about builds or anything, the last diablo I’ve played was D2 about 2007 and 2011
I don't get the hate for D4 in its current state in season 4. It's a better game than D3 in literally every aspect imaginable, from balance, to QOL features, and especially to endgame content. People are just salty that they don't feel as much joy from life in general as they did when they were younger.
@@Zexba96they literally JUST change d4. It’s so different it might as well be called d5. d5(d4) is currently better then d3 as of a week ago. Before that d4 bad was the meme. Stay up to date.
@@Zexba96I guess waiting was the call then... Because I was smart, knowing most games don't release well anymore and have to patch multiple times. I literally made my first character yesterday on IV.... It might take the cake as my favorite. I'm a fairly devout og player with plenty of hrs between I & II..... Even III unfortunately. It was a fluff piece that never felt like Diablo. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't Diablo.
D2 is better still in some aspects. Specifically world design and enemies. In D2 there’s specific enemies I’m afraid of and prioritize. In D4 the only enemies I’m afraid of are ones off screen that I can’t see and teleport and insta kill me and D4s world design is so dark and red every biome looks the same. D2Rs world was a lot nicer. D4 has a nice world, the issue is you can barely see it
So true. Feel so weak in D4 and i always die from forgetting to use potions. Would have been much better to at least make us heal when running over a health potion. D4 is a totally different game. I still find myself playing D3 much more than D4.
In my case earlier on the 90s I didn't have the chance to have a pc to experience D2, from which I understand it's closer D4 experience, but for all the people that get to know the franchise with D3 this might feel like a different game in comparison.
Early days D3 Inferno Difficulty; killing Diablo himself (pre Torment difficulties) was harder than anything D4 offers currently. Classes like Sorc needed perfect execution as getting hit at all would mean death. Hardcore Sorc Inferno difficulty first patch D3 was one of the most impossible things to achieve in any game ever, you get hit 1 time and you are probably dead and you start from lvl 1....
