I was trying to build a druid around these using hurricane to mark everything, however because it only applies the base damage of the skill at its 200%, but that damage cannot crit or overpower. If a target is vulnerable it will apply that extra damage. Even if your hit on the main target crits, the echos will not be crits. It ruins them for any high level play.

The stas on the gloves are very useful but the specia effect is not so much. Is is less useful than what you would initially think. First of all ONLY the first hit is mirrored, subsequent hits are not mirrored and you have to renew it by using a non basic skill or hit another marked enemy. Secondly only the base damage is echoed, no multipliers or special effects. This leads to way less damage than what you are doing on the monster you are hitting directly. Still the stats on the gloves are so good they are worth using on builds with basic skills.

Needs rework. There’s no reason to equip this over FoF which is very unfortunate.

These are designed for a highly single target build, which is what they would be used for. Allowing a single target character to apply that single target in an aoe with the gloves. It's the only really good thing it has going for it. Most characters are already AoE so they don't need more and yes FoF is better for them.
