I disagree that this is useless. Listening to your process of elimination and how certain things indicate what part is not functioning. I have a 2012 caravan which clonked out while parked in idle. Thanks for your help, now I have more of a direction to go in.

I just tried to turn on my van - same make and year and nothing. No clicking, no sound, no lights. Zip. Also, I cannot remove my key from the ignition. I dont know what that means. Ugh! I freaking hate this van!
