Diagnosing CURTIS DC SepEx Motor Controller Model 1268-5403

A client had returned a CURTIS DC SepEx motor controller (model 1268-5403) to us. The client thought that the controller had failed due to manufacturer's fault.
By using the CURTIS programmer 1314-4402, we have examined the controller's error history. There are four faults recorded, three of them could stop the motor.
The critical fault is "PRECHARGE FAULT" which should be caused by an external short to B+ (see page 48 of controller manual: www.nocoev.com... ).
We upload this video for presenting to our client as the evidence that the controller was not damaged by manufacturer's fault.
