My cold start injektor was leaking badly. Check that..

And its not THAT bad to rebuild this k jet system...you dont need a clean room just dont do it outside and get gloves, maybe some pure alcohol uneversal gasket metiearl and some youtube magic, this kjet came in alot if VW and old mercedes(just with 6-8 injectors) cars

You need to have good vacuume for it to run better, there is a small nob under the front of the intake manafold try to play and tune it.. its not that bad to service , just get alot of intake cleaner 😅 you can (try they have inturnol small filter) cleaning the injectors in an ultrasonic, maybe put them in a jar and strong celaner you got nofing to lose it helpet my volvo.. then i had a exushte leak in the manafold gasket then it got a bit worse at startup.. hope you will get it sorted, this k-JET IS PAIN but when it works its fun trust me
