Dial Up Modems and Pulse Dialing Tested on Phone Line Sim 

Pulse dialing was implemented on the phone line simulator with the use of the pulseHandler library from: github.com/ktownsend-personal...
And two 386 computers were used with external modems to test the phone line for a dial up connection capability.
