It took a while, but the Cresta is finally starting to feel good. Now that I can focus on driving I took it to North Course to work on properly linking the whole track! LZBMX.com Music by David Cutter
Hopefully! He lives in Tokyo which is 3-5 hours away as far as I understand. We've talked quite a bit and I think he is planning on coming out at least one of the days we are here :)
If you're having issues with body roll, get yourself some TRD yellow sway bars. Remember the car has sway bars for a lux car not track. My Altezza/is300 was on coils but still rolled a lot, so I got some stiffer seat bars and the car was amazing after
Thewasteland Yeah, they watch MCM use the JDM term almost satirically and then apply it to anything that they think looks cool. Heard a guy describe a BMW E30 as JDM the other day.. Morons.
Adam your an inspiration to all of us, we love your videos and keep making them no matter what. I really hope I get to meet you someday when you come back to vegas. we welcome you
Adam you don't give yourself enough credit, having to basically relearn how to drift with a new car, new style , and it being rhd car. You're doing great!
in a new car ur not use to and new track too....also car sounds mint when u where on skidpad...jz so tuff sounding... so lucky to have aaron take u round the ropes...one day ill get there...one day
I just watched Taylors vids and It seems like your throwing it in "alot" harder and faster than he is. Maybe try slow it down and not so aggressive angle yet, cause if you watch both vids you can see how your hitting it heaps faster and with alot more angle. Your style is really aggressive...but yea your doing it man! im so envious...Im really gonna try get there in november...
Adam, legit youre the best youtuber of your genre. You've blown up over the past few years, and you still enjoy the small things. Just the fact that you bought an oem plus car just to drift at Ebisu is awesome. Videos are great, cant wait for more Japan videos, 2JZ build and all of that! Much love from Montreal
At some point bro, put the camera down for half the day, and take it all in, the smells, the sounds, the visuals. And ENJOY it. Make it a vivid memory. Filming and pics keeps you from enjoying whats in front of you sometimes.
I like how hes totally not all about being an EGO guy, he admits when he sucks at something and isnt scared to ask for help in front of hundreds of thousands of people!!! love it man keep the videos going
Dont know why but you seem to be more comfortable when your solo, you seem to learn a lot faster on your own with no distractions, probably would learn 100x faster without the gopro
xBernestox he bought it from the company but when he goes he can either sell it back to them or get it stored by them, if he brought it home he could trailer it to events as he is getting a truck. :)
@ADAMLZ & @Taylor Ray - This is a once in a lifetime experience, thank you for taking us along with you! I'm going to be posting this on every video posted during this trip. Thank you guys!
so stoked that this is uploaded at 11 here in perth Australia kinda weird to change my morning routine of watching a new lz video with my coffee but i could get used to this for the next few weeks loving the content thats coming out with this japan trip!! much respect from australia dude
stay on the gas more, looks like you're fighting against the car wanting to snap back into a straight line. i'm thinking it's because all the stock weight in the back on the wheels.
Man Adam I had to pause the video and say wow dude love the fact you have not giving up and keeping at it. Also taking advise from Aaron and Dion who have been there a bunch of times. Keep at it and keep having fun. Great progression and you are only three videos in. So good!!!
Abisai Pena i'd like to see you clutch kicking beside the wall like that. If he is not sure, he should chicken out. They've got 2 weeks to learn. Everyone should drive at their own limit.
Doing really good for unknown course and unknown car. A little trouble at first can ruin your confidence. Have fun and don't worry about it too much. Dial it in a little at a time.
he is good, he drifts a gutted interior 240sx left hand drive, i'm pretty sure drifting a new car that is heavier with 4 doors that is rhd is gonna be difficult .
Adam not used to going so fast on a more serious track, let alone an actual track, more used to skid pads with cones just saying not saying it's bad it's just what's available to you, man when you get back to Florida you are gonna be a champ and smoke everyone haha.... you really improved and had a lot of courage to put yourself out there to go fast then you were used to or comfortable with. I was cheering you on as you kept pushing and to see you improve so much at the end go fast like a pro was awesome and inspiring. thank you.
Adam is definitely out of his element. He's used to pretty much a parking lot and drift a certain way (cones) but now he has to factor for elevation, speed, walls, other cars. This is very interesting to watch to see how well he adapts from being on a skidpad mostly. Adam you're doing very good so far and I'm not surprised you've almost drove straight into the mountain. Its expected. Please do other tracks though. I wanna see you hit Ebisu West, Touge and South
adam i had alot of fun watching this vlog i couldnt stop smiling because i see that yall are having so much and i love videos like this. I was so cringing when i thought u was gonna hit the dirt mound. Keep it up the awesome drifting peace out
Awesome video series man, keep up the good work! So happy for you! I hope I can go drift too after I settled in in Japan in a few years when I move there.
So badass Bro! You're a MADMAN! Lol Props on your driving. I know that's GOT to be weird, but regardless, you gotta have some big balls to hit those courses!! Have fun, Try n stay safe, & keep the awesome vids coming!
I like the aggressiveness pure awesome! Your adding so much more to your style of driving and it will make you a much better driver when coming back to the states again 89 92 Integra parts!!!!!!!!!
Dude, the whole reason you're scared to chuck it hard on entry is because you're letting the car be in charge of you, where as it should be the other way around. Don't let the steering wheel just feed between your hands, throw it between them- that'll help you a lot! This was a cool video man, keep up the learning! I'm sure Ebisu North has a much higher learning curve than any of the tracks you've driven in America.
I'm still having trouble wrapping my mind around the fact that you guys own these cars. it just blows my mind. you should do a bit at the end on how much it cost to drift there for 2 weeks, buying the cars, tires, hotel and all that so if somebody wants to do this they can have an idea of what to expect financially
