if user gives toppings not present in the list, will the chatbot automatically understand and consider that as a toppings entity? I tried it, it was not able to pick it up. So was wandering if this how the trained model behaves. Or we can do something about it?
Subscribed! Our ecommerce store sells thousands of products. Does dialog flow have the capability to scrape our whole website and generate a knowledge base automatically? Most of our customers questions are about technical details about the products and whether it the product would fit in their car. It would be a nightmare to setup Intents and Entities manually. Thank you.
Hey James! Nope, Dialogflow cannot do it, but I know applications that can do this. Would you like to send an email to info@chatimize.com with more information about your webshop? Then I can help you further!
Great question! I think there are two possible solutions for this: 1. You can use the system entity @sys.phone-number (more info here: cloud.google.com/dialogflow/es/docs/reference/system-entities). If this works correctly, this will check if it is a valid phone number. 2. If the above solution is not working, you need to code your own webhook that checks the length of the phone number. I did not found a solution on the internet for this, but Peter Fessel did validate email addresses (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-N1BdUGuQXhk.html), so maybe you can get some inspiration from here. Please let me know if it worked out!
