sucks about the drone. glad you got it fixed hopefully. Had a few gimbal overloads myself. For me, it's usually because something is inhibiting the gimbal's movement which causes the gimbal motor to be strained. It fixes itself when I power down the drone align the gimbal and turn it back on. Some filters and precipitation will cause the gimbal to go wonky too.
@The Detour Duo We were trying EVERYTHING! At first we thought there was dust or sand in it since we'd been taking it off on less than ideal surfaces. I think it was just a lot of trial and error. We've had it for a while, so when it decides it's time to go we'll accept that haha
may i just clarify one thing. did you actually hike two separate trails? one is the glacier trail that take you to see the glacier up close and personal. back to the visitor center and then do a second hike to see the svartifoss. i just can't find a loop trail that would cover the glacier viewpoint AND svartifoss on alltrails.
It’s a loop! follow this trail, but go right at the Austurbrekkur trail instead of up to Svartifoss. it’ll bring you back around Kvarnarkofalág to Magnúsafoss, Svartifoss, and Sjónarnípa on AllTrails www.alltrails.com/trail/iceland/eastern/kvarnarkofalag-to-magnusafoss-svartifoss-and-sjonarnipa?sh=zmvzas&u=i
