Very nice video of this DA42. Great close-up views and stunning sounds from the two engines. This type of aircraft is often used for flight training schools here in Switzerland.

One of my favorite small aircraft after flying it in MFS2020.

Jesse my good friend, great catch & i like the livery, plus my fave departure route down the valley. I see it is registered in the U.S., wonder who owns this pup, fortunate folks to have it. I'm a wing under guy, elevators can go either way, but i like the whale tail like this DA42, have a great weekend, God bless everyone & please stay safe til this covid -19 mess is over. The DA42 has the same wing span as a Cessna 414. I guess the small cabin on the Diamond makes the wings appear longer. Thanks for sharing.

That is one very pretty aircraft! Why can't ALL planes be as quiet? Every plane I hear go over my place is completely un-muffled. Very annoying on a Sunday afternoon when you're trying to have a simple conversation in your backyard but have to wait for the obnoxiously loud plane to pass by, first. Why no noise ordinances for planes? And I'm a pilot of 40+ years, with every plane I've owned muffled - for my own ears' sake. lol

I'm yet to film a DA 42 :(
