Great view of the Calf of Man. IOM is one of my favourite places in the world, and the Ronaldsway terminal is pure architectural gold. Thank you for this great video.
It has skydemon and foreflight/jepessen plates on. Just useful to have for awareness but when flying IFR, good to have easy access to charts on approach etc.
Great views - it took me back to when I flew my wife in a PA28 from Blackpool to the I.O.M a couple of weeks after I passed my PPL (in 1988!). But there seemed to be something wrong with the audio.
Usually do no flaps take-off. Especially if the aircraft is close to MTOW. If we take off with T/O flap and there’s an engine failure there’s a lot of drag and therefore worse climb rate. So adding a few knots onto rotation with flaps up, you accelerate a lot quicker, and therefore if there is an engine failure the climb out rate is much greater.
