Yo Gento the way to fix the issue with playbook, u need the set the coach up with the playbook ur using in the franchise option.

+Robbi Rds u can have it automatically set random plays up based on what ur points of emphasis are by going to coaching settings and putting play calls to auto

Maybe I'm alone in thinking this, but I think 2K drops too many diamonds. I get that the players that have diamond editions of them played really well in a game, but I think that they just should be amethysts or even 89 overall golds. 2K just wants people opening more packs and buying more MT for the diamonds.
