Hi guys, this is a little journal I threw together to keep track of my 2023 projects as I was getting confused with Gem Tracker. My 2022 projects and 2023 projects were all together, and I was losing track of the order etc. i hope you like it ❤️❤️

Love your log book setup. Reminds me of how Joan does it. I try to change it up every year to avoid getting bored. Last year I used Add more Zest logbook. This year I am using a bigger 8.5 by 11 setup using inserts I customized from the Diamond Painting Anonymous' freebie. I think I will design my own for next year in a 7x9 size. Haven't started working on it yet but its on my todo list.

Thanks Jess! I needed something simple and easy to keep updated. Otherwise I would get stressed about dates and data that I couldn’t remember if I didn’t fill it out right away. I started keeping track of hours recently, so I’ll be adding that as well 🤗 That makes sense on the need to keep it different. I think next year, I’m going to just make a book of blank pages and print on sticker paper the fill in part and put that on the heavy paper. Does that make sense? That way I can make the book any size I want. It’s hard to figure out sizes for me. I’m not the most tech savvy. 🤣

I thought I was the only one that kept a copy of the legend for each canvas. Glad to see that i'm not alone. I like your like book and what you put in it. Maybe for the legend of the Josephine Wall, you could actually make a little pocket on that page and just slide all the pieces of paper into it. 💜😊💜

I love adding a legend if they have one I can use for my logbook. I don't have a printer, so that impacts what I put in mine.

Another thing you could do, is take a photo with your phone and print it at CVS or someplace. The photos are usually pretty cheap...like 20 cents or something. It may work? Or like Diane said. If you use washi on your containers, it should come off in one piece no problem ❤️❤️

I love to keep my legend. Especially if I frame it and cut the legend off! That's a great idea for the Jwall!!! I'll have to work on that ❤️❤️

Your log book is great. If I used one it would definitely be one like yours. I use Gem Flow, but you made me think about adding some stuff on it. Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful day 💗

Almost looks like you, but I bet you will continue to add and subtract features and colors, which I think is only natural. Your logbook should be as unique as you and your projects. Love seeing this! Thank you for sharing.

Fab log book idea Kimba. I really like that you decorate with washi and I might start doing that too (although I don't use on my canvas I like the decorative aspect) 😁

This looks awesome Kimba! I have a system set-up similarly...a cross between yours and Joan's. Not as detailed as Joan's I guess, lol! Anyway, I like your logbook. And I like how you're keeping the off canvas pieces in a separate logbook. Something for me to think about for next year! Always love your content!

Hi Debra! Thanks! I wanted to keep it simple. I can get carried away with wanted to track everything, then get overwhelmed. I find if I don't stick to it, I want to just stop tracking everything. So I wanted to keep it manageable for me. And I don't do a lot of off canvas projects, but I don't count them the same, so I decided to keep them separate. Thanks for watching!!🥰🥰
