I really enjoy kitting up but static does take away lots of the enjoyment from the process. I'll be glad when the humidity is not so low anymore.

The Unstoppables are for scent not static. I tried them and they did nothing for static. And, they are too strongly scented so it was giving me headaches. I ended up throwing them out and having to wash it all of my containers. And although it's been a year since, my containers still have a faint scent. Makes me wonder what the heck kind of chemicals are in there. Glad I'm not putting that on my skin. I just won't use that stuff.

I am interested in your journal. I would like to know where you purchased it. Also, are the pages removable so they can be moved about in the journal.

I actually made the journal myself. I print 2 to a letter sized paper, cut in half, and punch with a disc bound notebook punch so the pages are movable.

Also, Ever Moment does different amounts in their bags. Typically expect 160 or 800, however their machines don't fill the best so they also weigh them to make sure there are enough. Sometimes if they are out of the larger quantity bags you'll get a ton of the lesser filled bags instead. I liked the way they packaged them in the past because the lower quantity bags were smaller. It took me a bit to figure it all out when I did inventory. I think the biggest issue other than waste with the new packaging is the larger bags with only a few drills just feel really cumbersome and I worry I'm more likely to make a mess and spill them everywhere. I definitely prefer them over the zip bags, though. I've only just done a couple of paintings with them and the static issues are insane...I felt for you doing the first painting because it's just incredibly unpleasant. ETA: I find the silicone funnels make static worse, so I have some solid plastic ones from Dollar Tree. They work when they're needed...might be worth checking out?

160 and 800 seem to be really strange amounts pack the drills in. The big bags with a tiny amount of drills were really hard to work with so I hope they will fix that in the future. Compared to the tiny 200 drill bags, they were much more difficult to pour out of. I'll have to try one of the hard plastic funnels. You're not the first to recommend them.

@@JoanDiamondPaints it is more like 160-200 and 800-1000 but they go with the low end...if that makes sense. It is one of the added ways they ensure there are enough drills.

Try spraying a little bit of static guard into your jars as well as your bags shaking around in the bags and then when you spray it in the containers it'll help with that in the container as well

I originally kept a journal to document the quality of the diamond painting companies since there are so many. Now I just like looking through it sometimes and it has been helpful with my reviews on my channel.

I have about 25 EverMoment/EM kits. I've finished 12 of them. They always had excellent quality. With shipping issues, I haven't ordered from them since the 11/11/20 sale, so I don't know the current quality. However, I do know that I've never seen their drills packaged as yours were in this video. In the past, they've always been in the small packages with 160-200 drills each and the larger packages with about 800-1000 drills each. I hope this is not how they are packaging their drills since switching to the new poured glue canvases.

This was the first Evermoment I got. I didn't have any shipping issues with it and I got in the 2021 11/11 sale. I do remember watching other unboxings where the drills were not packaged the way I got it. The plastic packaging was excessive.

Enjoyed the video as always! :) Woke up this more to 10 degrees F. It was very cold and we have about 5" on the ground. Kinda messes with this small rural town lol. Everything comes to a halt. It's warmer tomorrow so most should melt. Waiting on my first DAC order to be delivered! :) Stay warm and safe!!!

i bought 2 diamond paintings from dreamers i got cozy chrismas room and the christmas house but cozy christmas had a lot of drills missing but got the rest today. Are you sposed to be getting snow on Saturday. Our weather is the same sort of im in BC Canada

I have a little something I discovered to do with the static in the bags you might like to try. I take a dryer sheet and I rub it on both sides of the bag instead of cutting up little pieces and putting them in each bag! I was so frustrated with doing that I just stopped and started rubbing each bag and the drills fell right out! Try it!
