Hi Daphne! That is a great stash. I have 56 in my stash so am on a “no buy” until 40 are done. Will be a bit more choosy with future purchases as I hate not finding a frame for a completed canvas. The kits that have frames are first on the list to be done! Thanks for sharing this with us! ❤️💎
You have some real biggies and confetti heavy dp’s you want to get done this year. Daphne! I’m rootin’ for you! I’m at 21 currently in my stash, one on the way, and one current wip.
Yeah, me jumping in again without looking. 🤦♀️ I am almost certainly going to have to lower the number of kits before the end of the year, but I’m going to wait a few months and see where I’m at before I do that.
I wish I could answer your question, haha! So, I started a painting (clearance from DAC, new style...the 310 and white shades are TERRIBLE, 40-50% of them have holes in the tops and I don't use drills that aren't perfect) that I cut down because the original plan was to keep the drills for other projects, but 2 sections of the painting could be cut down to fit into smaller frames. I got two 4x6 sections done on the first one and with the black causing me so many issues, I just haven't felt motivated. There were so many colds being passed around my house beginning in November, so sticking to stuff hadn't been easy. Then my Mom left after visiting for 2 weeks around Christmas and it's always a sad, sad time for me because I hate her leaving, so I talked my husband into using the money she gave us for Christmas to get a 3d printer, so for the last 11-12 days that's all I've been doing...printing or designing and tweaking 3d files (made my own DP tray, but first recreated a design from a 3d printed tray I have on hand as a way to figure out how to use the programming...so far that's been leaps and bounds more difficult than anything I've had to address with the printer). That means I haven't painted at all in a month and wasn't doing much more before then as I started the DAC project in either late October or early November. Once I reach a point where I'm happy with my tray enough to stop making tiny little adjustments after every test print (I am on number 8 or 9 now, I think), I'm going to try and get back to it because I miss it, but I'm kind of obsessed with the 3d printer. I have many more things on my list, like making a tray tower and other little bits and bobs for diamond painting and scrapbooking organization, nevermind just general things I've wanted to make. After my mom went home, I filled my plate with projects before school resumed and setting up the 3d printer was one of them...I managed to keep busy and tackle a lot of projects that I've been wanting to do for a while and for the first time in a while, the time after she went home has flown rather than dragged on. It was great, but my diamond painting time has suffered a lot, haha. As far as my stash goes, I don't know how many I have. Most of my paintings are larger, then I have a handful of bargain ones that I grab when I can find them on sale on Amazon. In total, I probably have 20ish larger paintings (for me that's anything I keep in a box or tube) and 10ish smaller ones. With the exception of 2 30x40's that I got from Homfun in 2021 during the 11.11 sale, they're all specials. There are probably a few in there that I don't count in my totals, but those were purchased with the intention of working on them with my kids, so they're not entirely mine though at this point, I will probably be the one to do them. :|
Thank you for sharing really injoyed it I have about 80 diamond art club canvas and alot from dreamer designs canvas and about 3 from prism not buying no more I want to get lot's done this year 👍
I don't have a stash. Love your stash! ❤️ I started diamond painting 3 years ago. You have a few that I would have loved to get my hands on. Fantasy is my favorite as well so I am sure you could guess my favorites 😍 😉
very nice stash. i been scared to do a stash video because all my dps are from amazon and i been told that if its not lincend art not to do a stash video of it
@@DiamondPaintingAnonymousI been working on ones I know are not knock offs of well known artists on my lives but if I think its not a public domain picture I don't even think of getting it I usely do a Google images lookup to see if its a public domain image
I have 169 in my stash. I plan to end the year with 100 kits. This is every kind of project-including 30x40 and specials. Plenty of room to shop in there…😉
Awesome stash!!!! I have 165 in my stash. Almost all of the same as you. Love the fantasy ones also. Unicorns are what I collect. I also love dragons, fairies and mermaids. Finished 16 in 2022. Goal for 2023 is to finish 20.
WOW, Now that was a lot of fun DPA while I was having my morning coffee. I got about 45 in my stash and got excited when I saw Notr, Dame and Spirit of Flight and Yorkie which I have also. My Big One of 250 colors is Leo, by J Wall from Germany. Thank you so much for this Video and have a Great Day DPA. (Florida Bob) Oh I forgot that I also have Belly Dancer that I got with Indian Dancer.
I'm just a month into dp and quickly bought 30 kits! Lol. Mostly 30x40 sizes from budget-friendly sites. I took the fomo bite and bought 2 kits from DAC, Petals Fall and Angel Delos Muertos. I'm stopping there as this will take me 2-3 years! 😄 I work full-time so dp is on spare time. You have a beautiful collection!
You have a nice mix in your stash. I really wanted to get the Dreamer Designs painting with the sun but I waited too long. At least that helped my no buy! 😊 I have Elizabeth also, and I did the gnomes for this past Christmas. I’m looking forward to seeing some of these finishes while I work thru my stash along with you.
@@DiamondPaintingAnonymous As long as you're enjoying the journey, that's all that matters! I have maybe 150 in my stash.....haven't set goals yet but the ideas are swirling. Thanks for inspiring me!!
My HAED canvases are the Crown Jewel ones with the design printed on them so I just have to get the drills. I’ve bought from Jaded Gem Shop and Diamond Drills USA.
Wow! I am amazed at your stash but even more at how many you plan on getting done this year. You do work fast so I am sure you will success. if you ever decide to not do the Josephine Wall (Spirit) I would love to buy it from you. Hope you have a great new year
i like your Stash i love mandie manzano and from Spangler i want to get So many book and the Train there is one from Josefine was that i am in love is the 3 grasses but that is for the future the ones with to many colors are really challenging and when i started DP DAC no longer had the license .love this video i love working with your videos .
I got both of my J Wall kits from Diamond Painting Deutschland. I think Uniquely Yours Down Under carries her art too, but I've not bought from them since they are in Australia.
@@DiamondPaintingAnonymous I know I've bought 7 already... still waiting for them.. I a think I'll complete them before I buy more🤔........... We'll that's my plan anyway.🤣
I use the Xyron generally with budget paintings that don't include stickers, so I use it to make my own. The glue dots I use in all my single placer pen tips - I'm a hard placer, and the pink wax just doesn't work for me. Thanks for watching!!
I have done Dragon Attack! (2021) and really enjoyed it. I am currently doing Night On The Polar Express (DAC). I have a number of small paintings from subscription boxes, some from a destash, 1 more DAC and some Dreamer Designs (2 or 3 from memory). I’ll do them as the mood takes me. I have a couple of WIPs that I want to finish.
Interesting that the only one I have of yours is the Christmas gnomes! I love the Jasper Sea! Never seen that one before! I thought you had more of Mandy's paintings. Did you finish all of those? She's my favorite artist on DAC. Happy to hear you're doing a kit for Pride Month!
Nice stash! We have some similar dps. I love dragons too. Highly recommend literate dragon it was so fun to do and looks amazing. I. Also a book nerd lol. Love your honest about your goals this year. Can't wait to see your progress in everything. Hoping my "year of the wips " event I'm doing gets my wips down to manageable again :) take care
I don't have 100 or 69 in my stash. I have about six to nine in my stash. I have not really counted it, so I am a no buy until my paintings are done. I have a work in progress on two diamond painting canvases, and I will be starting some coasters with diamond painting. I already finished one coaster with diamond art. How do you finish your stash with all those diamond paintings? I bought some mod podge from Walmart. Is that a good substance to seal diamond paintings with? I read the label on the bottle, and it's non toxic, which is a good thing since I'm have two cats that are curious.
What are the events that you were speaking about? Is it something that is done with a group? Or just for yourself? I'm just getting back into it so things there are a lot of new things to learn.
Usually there is a host for an event (like me), but everyone works on a kit around a theme. I’m doing a #dpforpets2023 event in June (pet theme) and #dpforvets2023 in Nov (patriotic/remembrance/veteran’s day theme).
@@suelangwell9496 There can be a FB group to join or they just ask you to use a # on your posts, and usually they ask for a finish photo (depending on the rules of the event).
Are you selling any. My mother is 83 and she loves doing these. She has over 500 jars of left over jewels. She has approx 200 finished. OR any ideas how I could print some for her to do, using all these left overs
If she is wanting to use spare drills, you can find blank canvases at craft stores or online and then use a cross stitch pattern to place the drills. There are lots of Etsy shops selling them as well.
