Hi Duncan ❤ This is turning out to be adorbable❤ I just did a horrible spill of maroon diamonds on grandma's beige carpet. My son got on the floor and picked them up. I laughed at my uncle. He picked up my straightener pen and tried to shave with it today. He was making his grandkids laugh. I giggled so hard. I still have 4 more days. Everywhere I go chaos and hilarity. My grandma fell in love with "A space for reflection " She said it was so beautiful. She keeps looking at it❤

Hi Kristyn, I love your chatty rants. It feels like I am sitting and visiting with a friend. I lived in Anaheim, CA for quite a few years and I could hear and see the nightly fireworks from my apartment window/balcony. I grew up going there maybe twice a year but as an adult I went for Senior Grad Nite and in my 20's, I moved to another state. Quite a few years went by and the tickets are now like $150 (probably more since that was like 15 years ago). As you say, people now go in debt to even visit! As far as Senior Prank Day, in my era I don't remember anyone doing anything malicious but several of the football players actually picked up a car (VW bug, Fiat? a small one) that belonged to a young, single, female teacher and moved her car a few spaces down the row or the next row in the parking lot. For my prank, my identical twin sister and I traded classes for an entire day. The night before, we traded clothes, purses, made seating charts, etc. It wasn't that much fun though because nobody figured it out! So, we walked through the quad at lunch and as the Principal was standing outside, we told him what we did. At least we got a laugh out of it!

That’s good to know! He’s such a headphone snob, wants all the features and for them to be noise canceling. I’m way too paranoid to not be able to hear what’s going on around me 😂

Hi Kristyn. I listen like a podcast while i work from home. so yes, a 2 hr kit up or rant is always fine by me. it helps make the work day pass faster. so, thanks for keeping me company! what i'm working on - i finished Gary (spongbob) for Daphne's DP for Pets - and for the rest of the month i am working on finishing up languishing budget WIPs - because - they need to be finished - these are budge WIPs that fit into the A3 portfolio. of course, i'd love to be working on my licensed kits - but finishing these will make me feel better as well. Breakfast Foods - if cooking at home, i do something easy like oatmeal (in the microwave) and an egg on the stovetop. sometimes i make a breakfast sandwich. if we go out - gotta have crispy bacon and hashbrowns. Purchases - OMG - Legos! everthing goes on my Amazon card - and i use those rewards to get more stuff on amazon. PS - can you remind me about the Alien Putty - the Galatic is more 'firm"? i'm considering trying it - but i live in the hot and steamy south - yes, the AC is running - i don't like to be hot - but regular museum putty gets very oozy and stringy on me - i know you have more than one Alien Putty - what would your recommendation be? have a great day! love seeing the kitties on your channel. even if they can be a$$holes HAHAHAHAHAHA hugs!

I have a bunch of the budget ones that I keep on hand if someone wants to try out the hobby before spending money committing to it 😂 I love a good breakfast sandwich, it combines all the categories into one! I have Galactic and Ocean. Galactic is firmer in my opinion, the Ocean splooshes out of my pen more than the galactic. I detest being hot, no thank you!!

You made me remember a senior prank that was done at my old highschool I was a freshman and the senior put cooking oil in the hallway the school had to block off hallway and put gravel to try to make sure no one slipped it was hard day to get any where but now I can laugh at it

Would you do an event for a 🏆 or a 🌟? Maybe a 🍪? I have some xmas canvases you could have..... though I don't think they'd be your jam. Would be fun to see you pretend to enjoy it 😆 Imagine how HEAVY that new kit up canvas will be when done!!

You are such a hoot. I totally enjoy DP with you. My current WIP is from diamond dotz of a cat. It's my 4th ever and my 1st square. I suck so badly at it. I will forge on. I have to get better, i have some beautiful DAC canvases waiting for me. Just a note on bacon. You should try cooking it in the oven. I line a cookie sheet with foil and then place a piece of parchment paper on it. There are people that cook it anywhere between 350° and 400°. I've had it cook as fast as 16 and as long as 25. It just depends on how thin or thick it is and the temperature. It doesn't spatter in the oven, you can cook it all at one time, no grease burns or horrible oily mess on the cooktop. I let the bacon fat cool and then wad up the foil and toss it. It takes a couple of tries to get it down, but it is highly worth it. I mean, it's bacon, after all.

Thanks for the bacon tips! I’m always looking for ways to cook smarter not harder, and with less injuries 😂 squares are a bit trickier at first, but they do get easier. I’ve found the better quality the squares are the easier they are to place. I tried a few budget company squares and couldn’t do them. I’m too spoiled by resin squares 😂😂

❤❤ yay for summertime 🎉🎉 it's a shame that kids nowadays dont have respect for their parents and teachers. My parents would have make me clean it up, humiliated me, and made me apologize. Know what I mean? I agree if the colors are close I'm not picking them off. I've never been to any Disney anywhere. Been years since I've been to our local zoo. I'm just to busy and cant justify the time spent away from the house and animals. Yay for pie. Sorry that it wasnt what he expected. The steaks I fixed for fathers day sucked. Bought New York strips and the cut was young it was tough, had big lines of sinew though it. I don't think they cut it right lol. Gonna chop it up and freeze them for steak bites or steak tacos. Yummy! It's to early for thinking about this kinda food lol

I would be way to scared to even think about doing some of the things kids do now. We go to the zoo a lot, but have a member ship so it pays for itself after one visit. Tough steak is the worst and most times they cover up the not good pieces with one that looks appetizing 🤬

Oh, from the end of your video, you asked if anyone was doing any events and I've never done one! Like you, I don't want a deadline, I just want to enjoy what I'm working on at that moment. I DO have a question from your kit LS kit up. I think I saw on a paper that you had the number of diamonds in it and I was wondering how you calculate that?

For that number, the sticker sheet also had the exact number of drills of each color so I added it all together. But, another way you can do it is by taking the measurements of your canvas in cm and multiplying each side by 4 for a square drill canvas. Squares are 2.5 mm so 4 drills equals 1 cm. So for a square d canvas that is 40 cm by 180 cm the 40 would turn into 160, and the 180 would turn into 720. 160 x 720 is 115,200.
