Yes, you're right, 1st time I heard Diana I knew she was special and the more I heard, the more I felt the same, she is music itself, every fiber of her body gets processed by the music. When she sings a very deep emotional song she simply "becomes" the song. I watched a TV interview before a live concert in Voronezh where she said that when she is on stage and singing she "isn't really there" and after the concert she has very little memory of how she sang or what she said, so she watches a video that her mum or sister has taken so she can see if she sang well and what she spoke about! That's way more than just dedication to your art, it's "something else!" which blows me away and I can't explain. Have a great day Savy! :)
I'm happy to see you react to some of Diana's more recent performances. She turns 18 in a few weeks and her voice is still getting stronger, especially her upper register. I already think that she's the best female vocalist on the planet, and she's still improving. How much better can she get??? I can't wait to find out! P.S. That really doesn’t surprise me just because I know how seriously she takes her performances, and how well she’s able to tap into her emotions, but I can imagine that can take a lot out of her emotionally when she connects to songs like this, but she performed it beautifully! Thanks for another reaction to Diana. I like you using the inclusive "us" because i just agree with everything you say. Have you seen the two videos she filmed at home during lock down? One was a cover of the old A-Ha song Take On Me. The other a quirky take on Camila Cabello's song Havana. Diana recorded them on a home studio given her by her fans. The A-Ha song is short you so could probably react to both in one session. I'm sure you will enjoy them both.

I really love Diana's darker songs because her voice is amazing in her lower registers but it seems she likes her more upbeat music more since she tends to perform them more. Diana recently stated that she is working on releasing another single from her upcoming album (In addition to Happiness) before the full album release, so keep an eye out for that. I received this email from Diana's team a few months ago so I'll share with her fans that don't really know what's going on. : "Friends, the work on the new album is now at midstream. The album will comprise 8 songs by Maria Tarasenko, a poetess from Chelyabinsk. Another 4 songs of the same author will be released digitally and be available separately. These 4 songs will be sent by e-mail to each one who took part in the crowdfunding for Diana’s new album. Musical arrangement of the songs from the new album are made by Brandon Stone, a well-known composer who has been cooperating with Diana in the last 2 years. At this moment 5 songs are already recorded. On March 26 one of the new songs, ‘Happiness’, will be released as a single. It will also be released simultaneously on several music platforms."

@@SavyReacts You're so sweet. I have your reaction to Happiness as the face of my Diana reactions playlist. You guys go well together. :) In Diana's second season of You are Super she featured her lower register with the encouragement of NTV's Alexander Stepin who seems to really understand what kind of song makes her vocal color shine. All the songs were dark and featured her unusually deep, unusually beautiful vocal color. Blizzard, Wicked Game, and Human were the songs that won her the competition. These are the songs that captured my imagination completely and my music listening habits shifted. Diana had a little more diverse set of songs in the first season with the spectacular Rechenka and Derniere Danse seemingly impossible to top but I think she started to really blow everyone's mind in the second season with her powerful lower register which is pretty much her trademark now (along with that hair :). Cranes, Wave, "Intro" with "В небо" (because they were filmed in the same birchgrove and pair well together) are also songs I listen to all the time. Human still astonishes me. I can't get that tone out of my head as well as the part where she sounds like an indigenous Native American.
She gives a powerful rendition of a Russian song that when translated to English is called “Fastidious Horses” or “Honery Horses” where she implores of the horses to slow down as they drive her towards the abyss of death.
That’s going to be one of the next ones I check out next week, and I’ll be bringing the tissues cause everyone said it’s really emotional, and will more than likely make me cry so I’ll be preparing! Oh my gosh that sounds extremely sad I can’t wait to see her rendition of it though, thank you for sharing your comment! 💙

Considering her background, her accomplishments are nothing short of miraculous! Vahauser51 below mentioned Ornery Horses, which is a truly moving performance.
