Gem of universe indeed I've raised in a music addicted family and I can say that literally I've been listening whole these 50 years. I can't be a music reactioner, because I can't claim that "I've never heard this before". As you said, there are/were many great singers (specifically in Russia and Russian speakers with high quality standards like late Ivan Rebroff), but I never ever had seen such a blessing diamond. For sure she's a Russian treasure, but in my humble opinion, she's the world treasure

Wonderful reaction! As others have said, her rendition of Crow is spellbinding. This show is another competition show but the contestants are also the judges. There are 8 contestants and 8 or 9 categories/genres of music. Each week a contestant will sing a song from one of the genres until at the end of the series they've all sung from each genre. Also, they critique and judge each other. The show is on Saturday evening Moscow time and there are only 1 or 2 episodes left.

You need to see her Latest ..Crow.... Its very different...techno meets shamanism. The shortened format of the competition is a bit "miffiy " for the music fans but at least it It means she doesnt have to repeat that insane organ shaking belt and high low instant flip at full chat.😲 As shes standing on a mirror surface and her posh frock drapes the ground she might be bare foot and have had to stay put for the opening camera shot and then the centralise her for the light show. По сути ,ее можно назвать реформатором в вокальном искустве, она задает такие стандарты воздействия на сознание да и подсознание ,что многим артистам придется освоить эти методы что бы быть интересными своим слушателям.После Дианы даже многие исполнители оригинальных песен блекнут. На сцене сейчас очень много вокальных трюкачей с мелизмами ,вокализами и пр. но бездушных. Диана идет своим путем ,она не хочет себя излишне связывать конрактами с продюсерами .Хочет поднять свой профессональный уровень как актриса ,учится в ГИТИСе. Есть видео как она учится в классах танцу ,драме и др. Думаю ,она стремится создать свою команду ,где она будет лидером. Видно , что она сильный и независимый человек. На это уйдет еще где то 2 года. There are artist and creatives who can inspire, encourage and support her on her journey but she will hopefully make her own path. She's definately at her best when shows her elemental nature 💖 😎😇 And yes the broadcasters will begin to realise they benefit from her as much she benefits from them. There in lies the one tricky point of the old music industry ... The new generation can benefit but recognises it can be an unbalanced relationship at times. Modern technology re writes parts of that balance but it is more dependent on live performances and word of mouth via social media. Но та версия была более жёсткой по звучанию, более тёмной, без вокализа в концовке, и конечно, без мощного вокала Дианы. А главное, в версии Томми Профита музыка заслоняла слабоватый вокал Брук, а здесь голос Дианы всё заполняет, выходит на первый план. В этом году у Дианы появился новый преподаватель вокала, молодая женщина (Александра Письменная) - и результат их совместной работы, по-моему, все слышат. Голос стал более богатым на оттенки, более гибким, расширился диапазон. The goosebump factor of her voice are the overtone qualities. She has full octave and mid octave overtones in her registers. This is what makes her unique. On top she's a dramatic contralto, which is extremely rare and most of them do not sound good. The good sounding contraltos are lyric contraltos. Diana is gifted, but this would be worthless without her incredible talent and intensive work to constantly improve herself. Kudos to her foster and adoptive mother, who saved her life. Literally!

She is 18 years old when this was sung Great reaction and commentary. Fun fact: The song biggest change from original happened before her first sung note. They played it in a minor cord (like a scary movie song) instead of the usual major chord. You were being tugged toward haunting with the musical notes and when she started to sing pulled you in the rest of the way.
I've probably seen this performance 50 times. It gets me every time. So beautiful. And the other judges were totally blown away. I've seen most of the performances from that season of this show.

В Петербурге сейчас есть романтическая традиция - в выпускную школьную ночь на набережной собираются все выпускники школ и вводы Невы в свете прожекторов и фейерверков входит корабль с алыми парусами.
