One if the gifted, blessed artists that we have the privilege of watching and listening to. Diana Krall gives jazz a forever stand among the followers of this style of music!!
Fantastic !!! This jazz classic never fails to cause shivers throughout my soul. One of the best songs of love. Simple, but so darn cute. Love the instruments. Total jazz
Fly me to the moon Let me play among the stars And let me see what spring is like On a-Jupiter and Mars In other words, hold my hand In other words, baby, kiss me [Verse 2] Fill my heart with song And let me sing forevermore You are all I long for All I worship and adore In other words, please be true In other words, I love you [Instrumental Bridge] [Verse 3] Fill my heart with song Let me sing forevermore You are all I long for All I worship and adore In other words, please be true In other words, in other words I love you
Diana sounds great and I appreciate her approach to the cannon of jazz standards. The guitarist is crushing. He could lift the roof off the place if he had a couple more choruses. I've seen him grab an audience, get them up on their feet shouting amen. It's as close to a religious experience outside church as I've ever witnessed. Thank you for your guitar 'voice', Dan Faehnle!
In my book, Diana is the best lady jazz singer of the day. What seems to get lost is what a fantastic jazz piano player she is. It's hard to believe someone can have all this talent.
Like best cream, laid back, evocative, my best evening music, after a bad day, laconic, my best easy melody, the voice, the piano, please come to Italy for a "live". just so @t cozy, so rich. just waiting for something special.
Memories of days gone by -- sixties in Monterey, CA. Me singing at "The Colony Club" on Alvarado Street this type of stuff. Krall swings and the band is doing it.

Sobre et toujours dans la retenue, pianiste pétrie de talent, vocalement elle swingue à merveille de façon innée ! L'écouter est un régal...
I remember her playing in Central Bar in Zurich, Switzerland near the Main Station, in 1985, when nobody knew her. It was something special already at that time.
That sounds awesome. You're fortunate to have caught her, in her early years. I'm a rock and roll fan, too, but love jazz. Diana is one of the reasons.
Diana:Eres maravillosa.

This is so great! I stumbled on this from another site. I first heard her on a Clint Eastwood movie and loved her since. Another RU-vid video that made me cry. THANK YOU.
Marco Aurelio Fevereiro さん、素敵な音楽ありがとう~♪!とても美しく、ムーデーィーな曲、大好きです~♪!Marco Aurelio Fevereiro, Thank you for the wonderful music ~ ♪! Very beautiful, Moody songs, I love ~ ♪!
I've loved Diana for such a long time:) There are some singers you just can't imagine singing, while not playing the piano. Like Elton John and Kevin Cronin--- when she sings, she BELONGS behind that piano!
