A wonderful show. We saw Diana on Sunday 15/11, a completely different show to the one at O2 last year and any other time Ive seen her. Ive never seen her do a first half of Supremes songs before. It was awesome. Thank you! x
I concur; her voice doesn't sound as great and she most talk as she sing. Dionne Warrick is another artist that should retire. Her cigarette smoking in years earlier has caught up with her voice.
The older singers tour off of their name and legacy. Backup singers help greatly. Some people just be such a great fan they want to see them. Nothing wrong with that. Whatever makes you happy
@daddygrace253 You "heard"??? I was THERE and the sound system was shocking for most all the artists. Lionel Ritchie sounded appalling. That's the fault of the sound people, not the artists. You've clearly got a dislike of Diana Ross and sound quite unpleasant.
Diana Ross is a classy woman and I truly love her. However, it is time for girlfriend to retire at almost 80 years old, 79. She sings the same old songs over and over with no new material that's been hits. Also, her voice doesn't sound as great. Her net worth is $240 million dollars and that's enough to live off of and travel until God calls her on to glory.
She is not doing it for the money. Diana, as all the other artists, is doing it for the love of it. Just as those who love dancing. They just dance...lol
