With my bionic hearing I can hear that she is saying, "I wasn't introducing you, Michael." He says, "You weren't?" She very faintly replies, "No." He says, "Well who else do you think makes the stage come to real life besides me and ed sullivan?!" It seems strange but we don't know what she was saying before to make him enter. But she does stare at him until he blushes before they start to speak. And he never stopped loving her.

I went to school with somebody who had vitiligo, he used to wear make up to cover the patches. This probably what Michael did. His skin did not go pink, instead his skin had even gone lighter than a white person, and it was as if his skin had no pigment at all.

Very untimely death. I'm still in shock. I'm only 30 but I love MJ. All of them were just extremely talented kids. They were just so entertaining to watch down to the very note and the very last move.

Infinera, Vitiligo depigments to varying extents, it does not always simply cause "white blotches" . There are cases where the discoloration is so extreme (though it is never entirely uniform) that artificial de-pigmentation is the most efficient option.

He could have covered the white spots with his natural skin color, and no....and he narrowed his nose and implanted a cleft chin...and straightened his hair. He was far from being a proud black man. On the contrary, he was as insecure as they come. Basically, he went from a handsome black man to a freakish looking white man.

Sigh... Amidst all the gushing, sorrow, grief, disbelief, adulation etc, there seems to be a lot of denial, or rather blind faith and worship. In response to older comments, I too have questioned the extent to which vitiligo has caused MJ's gradual and considerable change of skin pigment. At the risk of sounding cynical, I never believed he had only 2 surgeries. I don't think anyone else does either. Also, he may have suffered from vitaligo, which would have given him patchy white skin, but I think he had help in getting to be completely white.

So what were u personally expecting from the memorial..for me it was the right blend ofmusic...shared memories and tributes..quiet..dignified but also appropriately celebrating his musical and humanitarian achievments. The dissapointing thing for me was the like of D Ross and Q Jones not being present..I'm sure that they have their reasons.

Please google vitiligo and michael jackson. Look at the photos, read what you get, don't blindly defend your own assumptions. He got A LOT of criticism when his skin became noticeably white, WHY would he put himself through that willingly? Think about it.
