Dianne K. Newman, Gordon M. Binder/Amgen Professor of Biology and Geobiology at the California Institute of Technology gave the talk "The Powerful Unity and Diversity of Microbial Metabolism" at the November 2023 General Meeting of the American Philosophical Society.
