As a young woman who grew up in Germany, the environment I grew up in as a member of a minority, struggling with insecurities and racism, albeit mostly subtle.
I have dug into myself and asked myself the important questions as a Black Woman, who felt misplaced as a Black Girl in a predominantly white space.
