Does competence have a gender?
Often times you see promising talents losing out on job opportunities simply because of gender, so I'm asking, is there a disadvantage in being a woman?
Everyone deserves an opportunity and as history has kindly thought us that every deserves a chance to fail, and denial of opportunities at the altar of gender should be a criminal offense!
Let it be said that there's nothing stopping anyone, anywhere and at anytime, SAY NO TO GENDER DISCRIMINATION . IF HE CAN,THEN SHE CAN!
