Razia is here to replace Valentine Monika and to make the team actually fun.
New Exo dagger actually works OK for CA Setups, and finally brings some extra DMG Cap to Dirt.
There's been only 1 turn in which MC didn't have enough Bar to CA.
The Skill CD also helps a lot with Onmyoji's own Charge Bar Boost and Skill 1 Triple Strike.
Very comparable to Kengo and should be about as fast with refreshed.
