Nate stole the show. I remember the crowd went crazy when he got Pettis with the knee. Man the Diaz brothers will be remembered forever. Mixed Martial Arts Royalty.
I think diaz grappling and clinchwork at the fence Made the difference also diaz walking around +200pounds and pettis 190something.. a takedown of nate is rare but he contolled the groundgame perfect
Nate and Nick Diaz all day... These dudes are legends. When Nick said ''im gonna walk my walk and talk my talk'' he summed up their mentality . These dudes are g's.
I just love the chilled, laidback persona of Nate Diaz. He’s pretty cool, doesn’t bother with the hype, just does his own thing. Lighting up a blunt after the crowd show off and passing it on to the camera man is simply “cinematic gold”. Awesome dude and doesn’t know when to stop, probably the toughest fighter in the UFC.
I think time just caught up to his style, he was at the top for a minute and so many people had eyes on him and more than enough time to figure out the puzzle 🧩
He respects his big bro so much even after years of not fighting and it being the Nate Diaz show he still says “Nick Diaz army” love how much he looks up to him. Hopefully nick smokes Robbie again
@@bigrandomun9267 indeed. I don’t think he wants it anymore. Still one of my favorite fighters of all time. A prime Robbie never beats a prime Nick Diaz
He's as real as real gets, and deserves everything he's worked for. Let's just hope all those millions of dollars don't soften him up too much. Legit UFC legend.
@@aldossnow3703 LOL, that was my exact thought!! Nate and Nick made some money fighting but their real income doesnt have UFC printed at the top of the check. Its from investing in their own brands and businesses
Ugh this channel is amazing..I'm pretty close to Stockton so there's something special to me a lot watching the Diaz brothers..I can't wait to see Nick on 2021! Let's gooo!
That slo-mo footage at 20:09 is just glorious. Pettis lands a right hand, blocks a right hand and literally skims Diaz's cheek with a head kick in the space of, what, a second? Both tremendous athletes and a great fight. Chapeau.
Yeah, so much for Anthony Pettis being-finished. Hate when everyone goes-in on a fighter - after a tough fight/loss. The only experts I refer and defer to - THOSE IN THE RING. I don't listen to any of the other stuff that so-called experts throw out. When they win I'm with them - when they lose I'm w/them (esp Nate and Nick). I live hours away from Stockton, but I'm all about the 209.
This channel is so underrated. This is the only place I can find good quality UFC videos. You manage to get awesome highlights in every video, the more amazing thing is the quality is always 10 times better compared to other channels that try to upload UFC content. Thank you! keep it up!
I love the Diaz brothers but to be honest my favorite is Nate. Hands down he is just so wicked cool without even trying. I love him and I hope he keeps it real like he has been doing all his life
Everytime I see Pettis run up the wall of the fucking cage and throw a spinning kick and the fact that it actually connects hard as shit it blows my mind! You know that shit was tight don't even try to deny it...
Nate is the real article. Fans either hate him or absolutely adore the Stockton native. I happen to be one of the latter and *All* fans will miss him when he's gone. Take that to the bank.
No one has more heart than the Diaz Bros. Take it and give with no fear.... hope you get a fight soon, you deserve more than some that get fights.... win or lose Diaz bros bring it and no one gives the fans more of a show than them.
I love this young man he is high as a kite after his win it's when at the press conference and when somebody said you're on another level now and because oh yeah for sure and that chuckle of is you you have to love him
11:21 “I was up 5AM running” but earlier showed him running in the sun, I personally believe Pettis didn’t train enough for this fight and thought his skill would pass the test alone, maybe against other fighters but not Diaz
Lots of fans don't realize Mcgregor wanted Diaz at UFC 189 but Diaz wanted more money. So it was Mcgregor who wanted Diaz first. He knew who the money fight. Diaz just capitalized with the call out and finish of Mcgregor at UFC 196.
Nick and especially Nate will always be my favorite 2 fighter's in mma! Just the heart and tenacity alone makes it no question in my eyes!! And for those who don't like the numbers please try to imagine if scare tissue and cuts were taken out of the scenario!?!
That fighting style is so imposing, he is dominant every step of the way, never bats an eye, ufc should have pushed this guys incentive to fight more, he was so good for the ufc and everyone loves him, he seems to be a bit old and damaged these days, always a beast tho
Nate Diaz explaining 3 year ring rust like only he can. "I'm meaning to do all this... stuff I been drill'n and work'n on... or it's just gonna be a full on fight and I just add that shit in." The BMF belt is the single greatest "legacy" left to UFC/MMA by Nick & Nate Diaz. Followed very closely by the USADA rule change named after Nick Diaz. Nick Diaz changed world sport competition drug regulations and Nate gave himself a tittle to defend and willed it, 1 off belt and all, into existence. How did they achieve all this? Not giving a fck.
