Wow forgot about this but I'm now on 6th year alcohol free. I've suffered heart breaks, job loss and even though the first thing that comes to mind is drowning myself in alcohol to hide like the coward that I was before, I have not let that made me consume alcohol again. I'm not taking Valium anymore and I've been clean for 6 years now. Yes we all go through problems but alcohol is not the solution, haven't we lost a lot to know that by now? Alcohol is what led me to lose my high paying job, my fiance and although I starter fresh again, I know alcohol is not the solution. Stay strong and just remember once youre an alcoholic you can't drink like the average person that can enjoy a drink or two. One is never too many for us so to prevent any fuck ups or rehabs or detox places it's best to just have some sparkling water with lemon.

I'm on diazepam everyday. Today I'm also on a low dose of clonazepam, lorazepam and gabapentin. I used to be addicted to combining diazepam with hard opiates and/or promethazine as well.

My son is epileptic for 30 yrs and on an epileptic drugs for 15 yrs..can't find a drug that can control his seizure effectively and his behaviour is getting worst.irritable,angry,confusion,memory loss,depression...we have to look for a psychiatrist..he prescribed his old depakote and add 10 mg valium for 2 weeks..were on day 5,no seizure,no mis behaviour,so calm..is 2 weeks of 10 mg valium too much? Will there be a dependency?
