This video has many teachings. Please let me know, what are your thoughts on this. 1. First when the manager says, there are selected few people, who can make the decision for the crowd. Since, crowd cannot make decisions for themselves. His manager has implied, that he is deciding to remove Akashdeep from service, based on his actions. Since, Akash was not able to decide whether or not, to keep the integrity of his manager. This message has had a huge impact on Akash, where in now, maybe he wants to be in a position similar to his manager. Now, since he is intern, people have no respect and consideration towards his thoughts. 2. Second thing, we learn is the corporate cruelty. People have zero consideration for peers, and juniors are insulted in everyway possible, even though they might have some inspiring ideas. 3. If office has become toxic or disrespectful, its always best to take fire exit ASAP. No direspect and casual attitude should be tolerated, even towards a junior. Speak up, and look for better opportunities. 4. Nobody in office is your friend, please repeat to yourself NOBODY. Better not to have any expectations from anyone. 5. Although the manager, has not shown exact characteristics of leadership. But the reason he behaves in the way he does, because this is called survival skill.

@@panjiauto-mobile8183 toxic work culture is very bad. He said he hasn't seen his family in the past 1 year and he's just working there that too as an INTERN. If you lose this job, you will get another but the same isn't with family. One should prioritise family over work!

May be I don't know exactly but my views was that at the end it was like each employees just went on arguing and as estimated by the manager he got to go to his vacation ......the employees merely lost their chance just because they didn't get the trick inspite of Akashdeep already gave them the solution but at the end Akashdeep realized that at the end of the story he got the chance to return home meet his mom and nobody else did..
