I don't feel sorry for her. I'm a DV survivor. She is why it's hard for cops to believe women. It's embarrassing how bad she is lying & making stuff up along the way. It's like she is slapping every DV survivor in the face. She talks about how dirty & filthy the carpet was. What?? When my ex tried to kill me & I was laying on the floor in a pool of blood the last thing I was concerned about was how clean or dirty my floors were. She has so many details about stuff except the so called abuse.

what I hate about the entire JD AH situation is that she took the me too movement and played it on her side, and now victims may not be taken seriously because of what she did just to ruin him, what she did with this was to push us women back, now you'll see a lot of real victims not being believed because of what she did and I hate that she did that...

She’s “crying” but no tears come out. It’s definitely an act. She’s clearly lying. She got caught in so many lies already. I’m not doubting their relationship was toxic but I doubt he abused her. BTW! The reason the lawyer was excited when she said Kate Moss during her testify because in her witness list she said kate moss couldn’t testify BUT because she mentioned her in her own testimony now Kate Moss can take the stand as a witness! Which is help in johnnys case

Just a little clarification: before court proceedings it was ruled that behavior in past relationships could not be considered in the ruling (so no mentioning Amber Heard’s domestic violence dispute with her ex wife or any of Johnny’s relationships), so neither could bring forward any of their exes as character witnesses or to discuss their previous relationship. Amber mentioning Kate Moss violates that, and actually opens the door legally for Johnny’s team to dispute that claim by asking Kate Moss to testify-which will be in his favor.

If Amber's feet were all sliced up from broken glass (as she testified), Why was she going around taking pictures of Mirrors and stuff? Why not take pictures of the injuries to her feet? WHERE are the Emergency Room records from her getting the glass picked and flushed out of the wounds in her feet? Where are the Doctor's records showing her broken nose? WHY was her nose not set in a brace? If her nose was broken and healed without being set by a professional and put in a brace it would have healed misshapen possibly with a perminent bend or large bump on the bridge. The claims have no proof to Back them up. The Only picture she has of herself with a bruise is a Botox bruise. Look up Botox Bruising, it comes up with pictures that show the Exact same Bruising pattern. Sus...

Y'all KEEP saying "she was crying" or "as she cried" or whatever... I watched the court live. When was she crying? She was fighting to get a tear out. There were no tears.

Yall need to remember everyone is taking it so far bc SHE RUINED JOHNNYS LIFE from a lie. She's setting back the ME TOO movement & the believe all victims stance. I'm a survivor & this infuriates me!

Yet no photos support the physical violence claims. Nor does any hospital or doctor office medical record. And her therapist who is a mandated reporter, never reported it, which means they never saw anything worth reporting.

Just so you guys know the jurors have not been "sequestered" for this case but may be during deliberation. So when they leave court for the day they can go back to their regular lives but have to stay off social media, tv, and/or discussing the case with anyone. Also, jurors should get paid from their workplace and also receive a small stipend from the court. Employers are required to allow employees take jury duty. Hope that helps answer some of the questions you had!

I agree with your point on ppl using AH’s sound on Tiktok, it triggers me everytime it appears on my fyp, her story might not be true but it happens to some people.

To explain a bit about the Bankruptcy aspect of the case ( if Amber Heard does have to file for it) She'd basically be forced to surrender all her past, present and future assests to either Chapter 11 or 13 of Bankruptcy Court with the IRS. They would asses everything and make sure that she complies ( if she doesn't there would be fines on top of everything plus late term fees for everything she misses sending on time) by putting her on a payment plan for an X amount of years. After some time the case with bankruptcy court would get revisited and they would then implement changes if needed. The payment plan would be to put everything and everyone she owes money to in line from the most affected to the least, and she'd have to pay out the total amounts owed by the end of her term. This explanation is a super simplified version of it but that is the long and the short of it... She would have to just let the court decide on her payment plans and at least for the first 2 years do a bunch of paperwork regarding her finances. Its a bitch ( I work with an accountant that does this type of work and OH BOY! I have seen some messes when it comes to this in the past 3 years...)

She puts into perspective why ambers testimony doesn’t really shape up. Rather than just coming from a hateful place of not liking amber. And her expansive claims are not supported by her photo evidence at all.

I work for an insurance company and they pay us our normal pay when we have jury duty. If your job doesn't pay you, then the court pays you... but it is not very much.

Jurors on this case are not sequestered because this is a civil case and not a criminal one. It’s up to them to self monitor their media and social consumption through this to remain unbiased.

The jurors are not sequestered. They have to refrain from any outside conversations or deliberations until after closing arguments on May 27. They do get Friday and weekend off from court and get like $15/day for jury duty. Employees can’t be fired due to jury duty.

As for the juror thing…. Your job does have to let you off for jury duty. And the jurors aren’t allowed to get on any social media or tv or anything like that for the time they’re not in court. These jurors are not put up in a hotel. They’re living life other than coming to court each day but are trusted to not talk to anybody or watch anything that relates to the case. Hope this makes sense.

Ambers “story” is actually stuff that has happened to others, either in movies or real life. She’s copying real victims scripts. For example: the bottle incident actually happened to a poor young teenager named Sylvia Likens. An American Crime is the name of it and James Franco played in it. It was a Pepsi bottle though in real life. I’m amazed that nobody is talking about it. I put it together almost instantly. This is just one stolen story. Proving that amber is lying.

My family owns an auto glass company and just to give you some peace of mind - your windshield is laminated which means there is a protective layer between the inside of your windshield and the outside of your windshield. This is so your windshield doesn’t “shatter” like you said. Your back glass is usually the only glass in your car that will shatter because it is tempered glass. So unless you get hit by a BOULDER or a turkey or something huge that has enough force to fully bust through the windshield, your windshield definitely won’t come inside the vehicle. You could drive around with a broken windshield for years if you needed to!

What about the SA story where Amber was SA at machete point? That in fact was her ex-assistant Kate's SA story from when she was in Brazil & was SA by a man with a machete for days. Amber stole her story in which Kate confided with her & spun it into her own. Kate saw her own SA story on AH deposition papers as if it happened to her. That's why Kate was so short & furious while giving her testimony. That's so messed up, who does that...a narcissistic sociopath, that's who!

It’s absolutely horrible that somebody decided to take a picture of Jessie -that person clearly has no respect for him and doesn’t belong in the theatre at all. Taking pictures of somebody naked without their consent and then posting it for the whole world to see is absolutely egregious. 😡 I wonder if there will be criminal charges- I hope so!

I was low key a tinsy bit disappointed with the new Dr Strange movie 😩 it was a good movie!, don’t get me wrong. Heads up glass is made to break in different ways. Windscreens are made to shatter to small pieces so you won't get a shard cutting your head off. Funnily I learned this through working in bars and having to order glassware. Fun fact there's like glass bottles for movies for scenes where a bottle is smashed its a special easy shattering glass. The more you know 😆 🤣

Her ex-assistant came out (Kate James) and said the Amber is claiming her ex-assistant’s SA as her own. So Amber is making a mockery of what happened to her ex-assistant.

Manny usually insurance covers replacement of the windshield without paying your deductible as long as the crack is a certain length! I live in Florida so it could be different so call your insurance company ! I’ve had mine replaced for free twice!
