Kartik Aaryan made his debut in 2011 with Pyaar Ka Punchnama. The actor then starred in two more Luv Ranjan directed films - Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 as well as Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. He was also seen along with Kriti Sanon in the comedy entertainer Luka Chhupi. He is working on several upcoming sequel films and remakes to be released next year including Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Aaj Kal.

Bhumi Pednekar began her acting career, opposite Ayushmann Khurrana, in the 2015 film Dum Laga Ke Haisha, for which she won Best Female Debutante. Bhumi was originally an assistant casting director at Yash Raj Films. Her next Bollywood film was Shubh Mangal Saavdhan in 2017, followed by Saand Ki Aankh in 2019. Bhumi will also be seen in the upcoming romance-comedy Pati Patni Aur Woh, alongside Ananya Panday and Kartik Aaryan.
