I freaking love Cole he's so hilarious. It's always him being disabled and he just makes jokes which is so awesome. Truly he's amazing!

My father in-law got put on that medicine by the VA in July and by January he was like he had full blown dementia. His family doctor took him off of it and told us to give it two weeks and if he hadn't changed he would put him on dementia medicine. He didn't get better in the two weeks. It him about four months to get his mind right. I'm not trying to scare you but definitely do your research.

That is one of the bummers about being one of the OG's of your channel and other channels. When they're small you get that personal touch because in the comment section you get a reply from the creator now I think I have only gotten one reply and call was pissed at me because he misunderstood what I was saying so I wrote back and explain myself but other than that if I get a reply from a channel I've been with forever I am so excited I'm like just so thrilled it literally changes my whole demeanor. Being chronically ill and agonizing pain having severe depression and nobody around but my amazing service dog I count on my favorite video channels because they really do lift me up. I don't think most RU-vid creators realize how invested their subscribers and viewers are in them. One of my channels that I've been watching for years and years she just took off she didn't even say hey I'm leaving for a year Don't worry here's what I'm going to be doing so don't worry I'll see you in about a year. But no she just completely disappeared and I wrote her saying you know I don't think that's the healthy way to do it You left without even saying goodbye I started worrying and being concerned for you and your son. I really did start to feel unwell regarding what might have happened so when she came back I said please please never disappear with at least telling us that you're taking off You don't have to say why but at least no one has to worry and we know you're okay. Same thing with you guys You've gotten so big now the intimacy is not there so I'm glad you reading the names and then the question that really helps and just know I'll speak for myself You are an important part actually of my getting through what I'm dealing with The struggle is completely overly real. I love both your guys so much I love your relationship and of course. I love Sophie. Take care you two

Missed the live, but love the update, frustrating that they use non disabled people for roles that are supposed to be a disabled person. Hope you get the role you are hoping for. I think that given the number of disabled people who are unhoused and the lack of accessible housing, and the aging population, more accessible housing and more public spaces could be made more accessible.

I will say for me personally, I deeply resonated with the movie “Me Before You.” I have chronic illness and pain and the character was paralyzed but he also had pain and was constantly sick. Suffering every day and even though he loved the main character he had also lost everything about himself and felt he could never be the man he wanted to be with her as he was. He also felt a lot of bitterness at losing all he loved and what made him, him in his eyes. I know it’s dark and not everyone relates but for me personally, it’s exactly how have felt due to my own disabilities. Like I have lost my identity, lost myself and my passions and it has changed all of my relationships and sometimes you really would rather be dead than be sick and in pain every single day. Chronic pain (widespread especially) isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced and it changes everything snd can be a very heavy and dark experience. Working hard everyday to find purpose and being and to try and accept and adapt to it is a daily struggle and practice. I don’t think the movie was trying to say it’s not worth living if you have all these disabilities and experiences, I think it was just bringing to light the darker parts of disability and chronic illness and pain and how it can feel for many despite wanting to live and deserving to live and enjoy your life.
