I'm disappointed in JJ to not have addressed the disgusting fact that this Plaintiff let this disgusting low life take care of her 5 year old. Are people insane?!! I hope the poor child wasn't harmed in anyway. I feel sick.
She doesn't seem to be the most scrupulous people, given she was once homeless and bonded with him over the years, etc. Doubt the child has a high standard of living in general.
This is a HORRIBLE case. I'm 71 years old and have to fight for every cent i get just to make ends meet. Then you have people like these people who get all the benefits

He had his children taken away, was shot/hurt in prison, couldn't be released to his ex wife...anyone else putting the pieces together of why he went to jail in the first place? Lady was crazy to let him be with her daughter.
You can suffer violence in prison for any reason. The state would not have let him in a home where there was a child if he touched kids. Kids probably taken away because they were malnourished or something.
@@Juicetheeunuchwell apparently he was arrested again because he wasn't supposed to be at her address, I reckon they failed to mention any children lived in their home so he could be released there.
This case is so gross. If the court didn't release him to his wife and children (and also took his children) then he 100% abuses/diddles kids. The idiot plaintiff let him watch her little girl and now he's on the public dole to sit on his ass. Disgusting.

That was my initial thought about him since part 1 also...plus he said PTSD disability since prison...we all know the stories about men who abuse/hurt children and then end up in prison...he's despicable
The plaintiff and her husband need to be investigated for leaving their 5 year old daughter alone with an ex-con. Both litigants are absolutely disgusting people.
What did he actually go to jail for? Initially he said that he violated his parole but why was he on parole in the first place? He danced around the question.

Yeah, I am really upset about this. I was born disabled and get the disability pension here in Australia. I have carers taking care of me 24/7. I can barely do anything for myself. If someone like this can claim disability then they are abusing the system and it affects everybody. He is “disabled” because he got shot in PRISON not because he got shot trying to be a hero or something, makes me wonder why he was in prison in the first place and what led him to getting shot. I have PTSD due multiple traumas in my life including medical trauma related to my disabilities and health problems including cancer. I understand that PTSD can be a severe disability on it’s own, but you shouldn’t be able to claim disability if you get PTSD from something that is YOUR fault, like going to prison.

I'm sorry for your illnesses, I have much mental health issues more than this guy and I'm waiting to hear back from the government to see what I'm denied for. Let me get this straight… he was shot in prison, where he was residing because he was found guilty of a crime, and he gets social security. I sustained an irreparable injury while on active duty that keeps me in bed more often than not and social security tells me to go find a part time job washing dishes? Wild times we live in.
I don't believe that, the social security judges don't tell you to wash dishes when you're physically disabled. You get VA cash if this story is true plus insurance. Take in a roommate if you don't have a woman

I figured this lady got some of that lump sum of money. JJ needs to stay on her lane. She doesn’t disability claims because when you file for disability they will try to make take a payee. They tried to make me get one and I had to go thru an evaluation to show I could handle my own money when I became disabled with MS. Either way, with this case, I 100% believe this lady HELPED him get his disability so she could get a cut. She thats probably why she kept him around….personal gain. It’s the audacity she had to bring this man to court, no matter his short comings, to sue him KNOWING she had kept over $2k of his SSDI back pay. 🙄🙄🙄 Bye Felicia! Because he allegedly has PTSD, he also needed someone to accept the disability checks. He also needed to be released to someone who he hasn’t harmed or wouldn’t harm. Apparently that’s not his ex wife. Judge Judy used to work in family court, so she knows all these things. She’s tricking each side into admitting they have unclean hands so she can walk away from this case. Free babysitting plus someone else’s disability check vs. free rent and car use without having a real job.
I can’t even wrap my head around not protecting your little daughter and allowing some creepy pervert ex-con to assist in “potty training” they both disgust me and there’s something disgusting going on here. I hope the daughter is okay

I hope someone sent this tape to social security and the department of child welfare. Defendant should not be allowed to receive social security. He can work. Plaintiff allowed this guy to take care of her 5 year old that still needed potty training? That’s a sign of trauma or neglect.

The plaintiff and the defendant were in some type of weird relationship. Why would she get a loan for a prison pin pal , get him clothes and then let him stay with you and your husband. Something is not right 😂
