Yes sir! It's surprisingly sensitive to throw such large weight. I like to back bone. I pull a 6foot tree limp( log) out last week at Watauga lake here in tn

I personally use Slimecat rods an 30lb monster mono but I'll jerk out the loaner gear for ya on this one lol... Sorry but I still can't believe any one rod of the same action can produce 20+ yards over another, you cant tell me each cast you make is with the same casting action an strength to make a legitimate 20+ yard producing cast seems like a sales pitch to me is all...
