I have tics and when I was getting transferred to a physical therapy hospital I was having some tics, I said whoo a lot and the paramedic dude said I could be an ad lib person for a rap song. With that in mind, it makes this so much funnier to me lol. Best paramedic transfer ever, I asked for some info so I could get them some recognition, a raise or something because that was the funniest shit I've ever heard lol.

Rap concerts really fucking suck. They do what you mentioned and 99% of rappers just play the song with the vocals and maybe say one line here and there on the mic over the vocals already being played, jump around a little bit and that's it

And everybody just has phones out the whole time, most rappers literally just shout one lyric into the mic every 10 seconds while the rest just plays over the speakers while they bounce around like people could just play the music on a speaker and do that at a house party, no real performance at all, and tickets are expensive as hell too
