Bloody oath about time someone in the industry said that the canopy side of things is going way out of control. Have your rig built for the tracks and a camper trailer on the back 👏🏼
Ok! Now I really bloody jealous. That is a true testament to you and your team it really is And I’m a big Jeep fan and own one myself and when I build my funds up for my Jeep build I would absolutely love to hit you up about helping build mine as it will also help set the pace for the Jeep community in Australia! But we’ll done on such an amazing build 🤙🏼
❤❤❤❤ this build, totally awesome Justin!!! Can't wait for the video of you guys wheeling in Glassy. Bit of a shame you didn't have it at Jeep Jamboree 2023 up at Woodford 😢
Its looking great Justin. I do think you should chat with the guys at Epic about your suspension. With solid axles you need the articulation. Tera Flex is a much better option and a much better set of shocks like Bilstein. Their mounting brackets and parts will hold up to your climate much better considering you play in the sand and salt.
Justin/Patriot re: The commment about Jeeps in Australia - yup, but its slowly changing. Actually went to a launch event for a group down here in Adelaide now producing Touring Gear for Jeeps called JKSM Offroad. Add to the Australian Made items on the Jeep! :)
Holy fuck what a weapon. Super impressed to get it engineered on 40s as well. Another game changing build once again. Awesome job Justin and the patriot team.
@Patriot Games Hello from the USA! Your JT turned out amazing, and I really like the way the fenders turned out. Having full coverage will keep all the rocks and mud from spinning tires from wrecking your JT's paint and body.
i went from a gq patrol to a jk wrangler and i've gotta say they're definitely an under rated 4wd in this country. sure they have their issues but what car doesn't. time to show everyone what these rigs can do
That is an awesome Gladiator! Really like the stance and the tray ( I really like the old wheels ) I can imagine how this thing drives. Congratulations on another over the top build!
Such a sick build!! Putting in an aux fuel tank?? Want a set of the Molle panels for the roof for my JTR have been looking for that kind of thing for over 12months....thanks for the tip on where to source them 👌🤙
Hi Justin and Patriot Crew, great build and I've been waiting for this episode. Should bring it up to the Cairns area. Could do the CREB Track and I'll lead the way with my Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 4.0 Hemi in it. Great video.
You honestly make me work harder to have toys... I love what you and your family do and can't wait to achieve what you have! Cheers for sharing the coolest fkn shit man appreciate it
Awesome, biuld. You should look at Metalcloak for fenders. They have a set for the JK Wrangler model that are 2 parts. So you can run full tire coverage and then remove them for offloading. But the JL and gladiator one aren't 2 pieces. But the stock JL/gladiator front fenders will fit on a JK Wrangler. Just something to think about.
I really love the build. Bad ass. I also like the full width front fenders. Have never seen them like that. But very awesome. Can’t wait till the off road videos.
More info on the engineering and rego process would be brilliant. Is it still registered to drive on a car license or do you need light to medium truck. Also anything on GVM upgrade. . Looks brilliant but you need different tyres. The BF’s just don’t sit this one in th 40’s . They look,Ike allterrains.
Wow Justin you’re Jeep has turned out very sick and I’m sure it’s going to turn heads driving down the road. Only thing wish you could do is have your wheels sticking out like America but unfortunately Australia has different rules. But hey you have got those guards looking good. And one hell of a sick costume tray . So looking forward to seeing you and your son out there wheeling in the next episode
@@beauginn1984 exactly my experience. Did you see the first build video? They mentioned getting it legal. Still mentioned having the 40’s on it so if it’s actually a possibility somehow I’m sure all of Aus be keen to hear about it.
@@randomstuffwithbigaz7109if it did pass, It would be expensive (full test track rental etc). A lot of engineering is possible, just the cost can be ridiculous. So only big manufacturers can bother, with intent to sell the solution to the public afterwards.
I'm ok with that mate. Never seen anything get engineered with 40's in qld before so i'd be very ok with them making some money from it. Just would like to hear them mention it is all. :) @@akar2755
First comment I love you guys you guys are my inspiration to life. Really great video. Can’t wait to see more videos from you guys. You guys are the best people on RU-vid. Can’t wait to be like you guys one-day.
I took my mostly stock '76 Toyota FJ40 on the Rubicon Trail and made it. Mods were ARB air lockers, BFG KM3 33's, ARB front bumper (the Aussie look, which isn't good for rock crawling, but solid), Warn winch. Toyota's are awesome. But after finishing the Rubicon Trail with no power steering and 4 speed manual, I bought a Jeep JLUR now with 37's and Metal Cloak lift. So I'm a fan of Toyo's and Jeeps. But not IFS. Let's go!
This is a fantastic build. There isn't much I could improve upon it. However, I do have a suggestion. You need to check out the rock sliders from Rock Slide Engineering. You mentioned steps from Amp Research, but they aren't good for a real off road rig. Enter RSE! They have drop down steps on serious rock sliders. I have a set on my 21 Rubicon Unlimited because I am also "vertically challenged". I don't think you can do better than a drop down step integrated into legitimate rock sliders.
Our FCC here in the states dictates what radio frequencies and power levels that we can use. I will take unlimited tire sizes and mods over your radios any day though!
That Kraken tire inflation system is Epic!😂 Those silly Canadians know their Jeep world and do amazing things. You should hit them up for a trip next time you’re in North America.
