My neighbor moved in about three years ago and when he did he parked what looked like a nice Lund fishing boat next to his garage. It had a nice looking tarp over the entire boat. When I noticed he had not moved it in over two years I asked him about it. He wasn't sure if he really wanted to sell it or if he was going to keep it and start using it again. He purchased the boat in 1986 new from a dealer. I didn't know it at the time but it has not been used for 20 years. The last WI registration decal is from 2003. When the tarp deteriorated it started blowing in the wind. Last fall I asked him again about buying it but I didn't want to keep asking so I left it alone. Just a week ago, April 26, 2023, I seen him in his yard so I stopped over and asked one more time. We came to a deal and I hauled it away.
