this whole process was so terrible and i am really disappointed with how everything went down. i spent 2 days straight at my computer and had to go through so many glitches and errors and getting kicked out of the queue and everything. i was lucky enough to secure upper bowl tickets for the first show in AZ and one of the shows in LA. i am so so thankful that i was able to be one of the few that could even get tickets at all.
it is so devastating to hear that so many real dedicated fans couldn’t get tickets because of ticketmaster’s mistakes and greed. the scalpers and resellers are making it impossible for fans to get tickets for a reasonable price. it really ruined the excitement of this process and made a lot of fans feel defeated and unseen. i am truly sorry if you weren’t able to get tickets and i really hope that taylor is able to fix this and get tickets into the hands of her real fans.
i hope that with time, this gets figured out & there is still a chance to make things right.
